Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex are in New York City attending a UN engagement where Harry made a speech on Monday (July 18).

The couple headed out for dinner at Locanda Verde, where the Duchess was captured looking effortlessly chic wearing a black and white Gabriela Hearst Vicky strapless jumpsuit.

Meghan has championed a number of sustainable fashion brands over the years, so we shouldn’t be surprised to see her wearing a look from the aforementioned designer.

I know I’m going to get crucified in the comments, but when I saw Meghan in this one-piece, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s Roland Mouret strapless gown worn to the ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ premiere immediately sprang to mind.

How could it not?

They both are strapless, and they both have a white neckline and slim black body.

I also have to compare this look to Scarlett Johansson who wore the exact same jumpsuit to the 2021 People’s Choice Awards.

Meghan paired the look with some strappy sandals and a slicked-back ponytail and a Bottega Veneta intrecciato pouch.

Bottega Veneta’s It-Bag

This pouch has held onto it’s It-bag status since its debut in 2019.  The likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Hailey Bieber – who appears to have this pouch in numerous sizes and colours – help this bag reach cult status, and it remains to this day one of fashion’s most covetable styles.

This is some feat considering the Pouch features no logos, hardware or handles, however the Intrecciato weave of this model is instantly recognisable.

The beauty is in the simplicity.
