Olivia Rodrigo Wore Alexandre Vauthier Haute Couture To The BRIT Awards 2022

Olivia Rodrigo joined Adele on the red carpet for The BRIT Awards 2022, held at The O2 Arena in London tonight (February 8).

The was a feeling that the direction of the 18-year-olds style was moving too fast and in the wrong direction when she took to the red carpet at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Opening Gala wearing a Saint Laurent cut-out dress, but that appears to be a one-off, as her following looks haven’t fallen into such risqué territory.

On this occasion she’s the first to wear a look from the Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2022 Haute Couture collection.

Usually, we would’ve seen a few looks from Paris Haute Couture week by now, but with the lack of events taking place, this I believe is the first.

You might look at this and say that it is hard to go wrong wearing a silver gradient sequin and bead-embroidered gown as she looks beautiful, but that would all depend on the footwear.

I’m sure many of us would’ve opted for silver, but Olivia completed her look with Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Pris’ patent leather wedge sandals.

They wouldn’t have been my first, second or third choice, but they’re pretty hidden under the asymmetrical hemline.
