Maya Rudolph Wore The Vampire’s Wife To The 2021 Creative Arts Emmys

Maya Rudolph Wore The Vampire's Wife To The 2021 Creative Arts Emmys

On Sunday (September 12), Maya Rudolph became the first person in 20 years to win twice consecutively in the same category, for her ‘Big Mouth’ voice role at the 2021 Creative Arts Emmys.

She also won another second consecutive Emmy for guesting on SNL. And she also became the third Black woman ever to win back-to-back Emmys.

What a list of fantastic accolades for a very talented woman.

She collected her awards virtually, showcasing her virtual look from her home.

Maya’s is known for a particular silhouette.

She will switch things up for TV guest appearances like she did for Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

But this emerald, green metallic lamé bespoke The Vampire’s Wife Susie’s Spooky Special Robe is the most classic Maya look you’ll ever see.

The woman is all about comfort, and the more voluminous the silhouette the better it seems.

What makes this look fun, much like her 2021 Golden Globe Valentino floral look, is the fabric and the colour.

If this is going to be your M.O. at least make it fun, which she does.

While this isn’t a typical silhouette for TVW, however they did imbue their signature ruffles into this look.

I’m not sure how well this will be received, but I love everything about this.  Including how happy she looks in this dress.

Irene Neuwirth one of a kind earrings with green tourmaline and full cut diamonds on diamond pave huggies completed her look.
