Sharon Stone Wore Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda To ‘A Felesegam Tortenete/The Story Of My Wife’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Sharon Stone attended the Cannes Film Festival premiere for ‘A Felesegam Tortenete/The Story Of My Wife’ this evening (July 14) in France.
The actress is known for her sultry moments, but in recent times she has been experimenting with new styles and colours, yet I wasn’t ready for this Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda moment.
That’s because Sharon has never been a gala gown kinda gal.
Slinky dresses, usually of the Roberto Cavalli variety, were her Cannes M.O. for quite some time.
Put Sharon in a room with this floral accented masterpiece, with any other dress, and the other dress would be my pick, as this fairy-tale tulle fantasy doesn’t feel like the right match.
I’m sure many will say “it isn’t,” but the one thing I love about Cannes are unexpected moments like this when people step outside their comfort-zone.
To me this feels like an iconic moment for her fashion file.
If you’re having a case of déjà vu, I can assure you this dress hasn’t been worn before, but you could be having flashbacks to Fan Bingbing’s Marchesa gown, which the actress wore to the 2015 Cannes Film Festival ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ premiere.
