Fan Bingbing Was Instaglam In Iris van Herpen Haute Couture

Remember when I said recently that I do not need to know the purpose of a celebrity wearing a Haute Couture look, or any look frankly during these times, so long as it takes my breath-away?

Well that was literally the case when I was tagged on Fan Bingbing’s recent Instagram post by chaoji111 on Sunday afternoon.

Chaoji111 a. knows my love for Fan Bingbing and; b. knows that I was salivating over this Iris van Herpen Spring 2021 Haute Couture dress when it was presented last week, so this was always going to be a match made in fashion heaven for me.

Before we get to the shoes, let’s start off with how beautifully the dress melts against her alabaster skin tone from the hips down.

That is the most mesmerizing part of this look for me, along with bold blue ombre hues.

The actress has been playing with many different looks, and silhouettes as her style is constantly evolving, yet this wasn’t on my horizon for Fan Bingbing, as I had it on my wish list for Hunter Schafer.

I’m really looking forward to being pleasantly surprised by her next look.

I don’t dislike her Giuseppe Zanotti embellished sandals – and I’m thankful that at the very least that they are single sole shoe – but this is the moment when I realize why those PVC shoes were created, because with a moment like this I only want to focus on the dress.

2021 fashion wise has been a real treat.
