Hailee Steinfeld Performs On Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show: At Home Edition In Georges Hobeika

I’m sure many of you are now very familiar with Zoom which is keeping you connected to your work and families during this pandemic.

‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: At Home Edition,’ is just one of many TV shows turning to this app to keep us entertain when we want a break from Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hayu.

Hailee Steinfeld was the musical guest on Friday (May 1), where she performed her new single ‘I Love You’s’ from her mother’s living room. 

The singer caption her Instagram post. “#FallonAtHome QUARANTINE EDITION. i had so much fun with this performance of #ILOVEYOUs. thank you @jimmyfallon for having me & thank you mom for moving all the furniture around in your house to create this little set. thanks to da team for being there via zoom zoom in the middle of the night. hope you like it ?? @fallontonight #HalfWrittenStory our May 8th”

While the majority of the performance was up close, there were a few wide shots which captured her black tulle strapless mini-dress with cascading bustle from Georges Hobeika in all its fabulous glory.

I’m sure this isn’t the first time the singer-actress has performed in her mother living room, but it will be the first time she had done so in front of a live audience in a stunning ballgown.

This might have been considered an OTT WFH outfit for us, but this look – which was styled remotely by her stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn – created a perfect moment for her virtual performance.

I might just put on my Roland Mouret Oscar gown in celebration of what would’ve been the Met Gala tonight.  This has inspired me.
