Gabrielle Union continued her Paris Fashion Week run at the Giambattista Valli Spring 2020 Haute Couture collection — but, instead of a traditional runway show, the design house created an exhibition for the collections that’s also being opened to the public.
For the private viewing on Monday (January 20), she navigated the joyous, extravagant confections on display in her ode to whimsicality, a Giambattista Valli Spring 2020 vest and skirt.
Gabrielle doesn’t often do the standard girlish thing, as she’s far more interested in some edge — so I would venture to say that’s where the black hue came in with these bows, fringe, and frill.
While this look won’t be deemed quite as risk-taking as her outfit the day before, it still is appropriately daring and fitting for the occasion.
