Ciara Dazzles On The Red Carpet For Black Girls Rock 2019

Ciara attended the 2019 Black Girls Rock event held at NJPAC on Sunday (August 25) in Newark, New Jersey.

There was plenty of new-ness going on here.

New hair, new style, new stylist (Maeve Reilly).

Ciara was giving us ’90s supermodel glam à la Naomi Campbell wearing a captivating Zuhair Murad sparkling silver beaded gown with draped fringe bodice from the Spring 2019 Couture collection.

As you know, I was starting to feel like Ciara had lost her way with the last two red carpet looks, so this return to excellence gets my full seal of approval.
