Alia Bhatt In Atelier Prabal Gurung – ‘Gully Boy’ Berlinale International Film Premiere

Alia Bhatt posed on the red for the Berlinale International Film Festival premiere of ‘Gully Boy’ on Saturday (February 9) in Germany.

This kind of dramatic look is how I love to close the week, but sadly, on closer inspection I realized I was blinded by the colour of this Atelier Prabal Gurung gown.

It may not be immediately obvious but the gown is too long.

Everyone around Alia was worry about her train, but I was more concern with the gown needing to be hemmed a few inches and lack of finesse on the bodice.

It’s a crying shame when someone wears a colour this glorious and I don’t like the look.

The first thing that caught my eye was how fresh her face looked against the color of the gown. Great make-up! I think the reason they kept the gown a tad bit longer was to give the petite actress look a inches more taller otherwise the train would have been too big for her petite frame.

The fabric might also be to blame. Looks like it didn’t translate well in execution and makes her look wider and shorter than she is.

Nope. I don’t like neon colors and the dress is so wrinkled and too long.

How do they put Atelier on the name and then get it so wrong fit wise? The colour is divine but the fit is a glaring issue.

I adore the color but that’s not her dress.

They needed to iron this dress and then trim some of the fabric off the skirt and hem it. Oh well, good idea but poor execution.

Kinda dated if you ask me.

First React was love, love, love.

But absolutely on closer inspection it just needs the slightest bit of tailoring to make it perfect.

It would’ve been beautiful if they iron it first
