Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Alexander McQueen – Trooping The Colour

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is officially on maternity leave after giving birth to Prince Louis just over month ago, but she made another returned to the public eye to participate in the Queen’s birthday parade; Trooping the Colour on Saturday (June 9), where she joined Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

The Duchess wore a pale blue Alexander McQueen box pleat dress with elegant shoulder details styled with flowery matching Juliette Botterill hat and Kiki McDonough blue topaz earrings, which matched Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, in a nice family moment.

Why was she sat next to the Duchess of Cornwall and not Prince William in the carriage?

Because he opted to ride horseback during the parade.

This was a chich look which is very much expected from the royal, but I found myself preferring her McQueen look from last years event.
