Karen Gillan In Thom Browne – ‘The Party’s Just Beginning’ Glasgow Film Festival Premiere

Karen Gillan was shimmering on the red carpet for the world premiere of ‘The Party’s Just Beginning’ during the 14th Glasgow Film Festival on Saturday (February 24) in Scotland.

What immediately struck me about this Thom Browne Pre-Fall 2018 gown is how material appears to be draping across the body, but it’s actually tones of grey that have been embellished with sequins which create the illusion.

Keeping both the shoulder bow and nipple ring elements we see in the look book, the look was made PG-13 for the red carpet with a crystallized layer which almost felt like a layer of medieval armour.

This beautiful stand out piece was styled with metallic Casadei pumps and a Lee Savage ‘Stack’ clutch.

I’m totally blown away by the look, even though I wish Karen had worn her hair back.
