Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2018 Launch Event

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2018 launch event took place in New York City on Thursday (February 14), with a host of gorgeous models in attendance.

Danielle Herrington: The cover girl was the golden girl, wearing a beaded Galia Lahav gown with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals. While this was her night to shine, I wasn’t fond of the rather dated vibe I’m getting from her gown.

Hailey Clauson: The model showcased simple, sexy elegance in this white Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2018 dress styled with Alexandre Birman’s signature sandals in velvet.

Kate Upton: I love the modern flare of Kate’s Emilio Pucci Fall 2017 orange sequin cut-out dress, even if this is a rerun following Annabelle Wallis. Sam Edelman shoes completed her look.

Ashley Graham: The juxtaposition of the VEX Latex bodysit with the Fleur du Mal satin trench might not sit well with everyone, but I like how Ashley tried something new here.

Lais Ribbeiro: Where you see an Ashish dress, you’ll see sequins. Lais dazzled like a disco-ball in her mini frock styled with Casadei sandals and Jennifer Fisher jewels.

Tyra Banks: I am glad the boss is back, and in the hot seat for ANTM, but her red carpet style will always leave in a constant state of confusion. Such a beautiful woman constantly let down by her stylist. This Labourjoisie is wrong on so many levels. Dated, unflattering, fit for a bonfire.

Olivia Culpo: Even with the over-the-top ruffle, I found myself unimpressed with the Redemption offering. Jimmy Choo silver accessories completed her look.

Barbara Palvin: While I love the idea of this Mugler Fall 2017 dress, I dislike the fit.

Ebonee Davis: There seems there’s a lot going on with Ebonee’s Alfredo Martínez mini, but she carries if off with great aplomb.

Bianca Balti: Usually a Dolce & Gabbana devotee, the model opted for this TRE by Natalie Ratabesi plunging frock which was oozing plenty of boho charm.

Robin Holzken: I know what you’re thinking. Boring and predictable, and “why does anyone want to see your I.D. Sarrieri underwear?” I do kinda love how the SoÅ«k lace dress shimmered under the lights.

Hunter McGrady: The model was vibrant lady in red wearing Z By Zevarra.
