Alice McCall Spring 2018 Launch Event

The Alice McCall Spring 2018 launch event on Thursday (October 19) in Los, Angeles, California had a plethora of cool girls in attendance to support the designer.

Stella Maxwell: The face of the new Alice McCall campaign went for a sexy, sheer look with an evident lingerie vibe. The model’s black bra and briefs were on full display underneath a lace maxi dress. Admittedly, a lot of people might not even notice her shoes, but I liked the contrast of the chunky brogues.

Jaime King: Opting for a more covered black ensemble, the actress wore a black gown with an up-to-there slit. The dress still had a lingerie feel due to the sheer skirt and ruffle details. Jaime brought an alluring elegance to it with her classic black accessories and wavy hairstyle.

Rainey Qualley: The singer, who performed at the event, donned a black and white playsuit. The style had a retro, feminine quality thanks to the wrap front and drawstring sleeves, but she put her unique spin on it with the chain belt and a pair of dusty blue ankle boots. It was an intriguing mix, but I find the belt doesn’t have enough impact against the abstract print.
