September 13, 2017 Premiere, Runway To Red Carpet

Carey Mulligan In Chanel – ‘Mudbound’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Carey Mulligan was seen on the Toronto Film Festival scene on Tuesday (September 12) at the ‘Mudbound’ premiere.

Chanel ensembles are, at their best, chic, timeless, and sophisticated—and that’s exactly what was found in this design from the Pre-Fall 2017 collection.

I love how the dress married a sweet femininity with classic form in the colourful tweed accents and double-C belt.

It was an effortless look for Carey—and ideal for the slightly more relaxed Toronto red carpet premieres.

Rupert Sanderson ‘Myril Plato’ sandals completed her look.

Without the belt and the shoes, she would look great. The dress itself is really pretty on her.

Not a fan of Chanel lately but this is a pretty dress. Hate the shoes.

I like it. Nothing all that memorable, but still a great and surprisingly interesting look.

It’s fine — not memorable in either a good or a bad way, which is typical for Carey. I think the shoes were not the best choice and the runway belt would have been better. No belt or the runway belt but not this sort middling in between nothing special belt.

i totally agree. The belt somewhat clashes with the dress.

I would have liken it more without the belt for sleeker shilouette
