Little wonder that Kiernan Shipka has again won best-dressed teen of 2015, making this the 16-year-old’s third year to lead the fashion charge among her PYT peers.

This year, we’ve seen the cool-girl’s style continue to evolve as she tiptoes ever so lightly and effectively into more directional, trend-forward territory.
