Leighton Meester attended the St. Rillian fragrance launch press conference held at Shibuya Hikarie on Thursday (September 25) in Tokyo, Japan.

Giving a nod to the swinging sixties, the actress opted for a fresh, summery look, opting for a mod-like tri-colour blue, white and yellow shift dress from Emilio Pucci.

Minimal styling was needed, so she kept the look sleek wearing high-heeled metallic Jimmy Choo pumps.
