Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge officially opened The ICAP Art Room at Northolt High School this morning (February 14) in West London.
She wore a smart blue LK Bennett ‘Detroit’ notch-collar fitted dress, avoiding any trace of Valentine’s Day attire, styling her bright-blue dress with black heels and a small black clutch.
With her trademark locks looking glossier than ever, she opted for her usual makeup look – natural with highly-defined kohl eyes.
