‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ London Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' London Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

It was a very busy day yesterday, so here is a quick roundup of the other celebs who took to the red carpet for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ London premiere joining the main stars, Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks, Jena Malone and Willow Shields.

Edith Bowman: The radio presenter was the host on the night, interviewing all the stars on the night. She didn’t fade into the background wearing this Vilshenko Fall 2013 gown with a ruffled neckline which featured a poppy print, which couldn’t have been more appropriate on Remembrance Day. Despite how incredibly busy this is, I kinda like it… a lot.

Natalie Dormer: The ‘Game of Thrones’ actress smouldered wearing an Emilio Pucci black gown with point d’esprit and sequin detail and a sexy open back, which she styled with black Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps.

Laura Haddock: I was surprised to find a solo picture of Laura, as she and hubby Sam Clafin were pretty inseparable all night. She looked divine wearing a Sophia Kah white dress with black-lace detailing and an open back.

Meghan Markle: The ‘Suits’ actress kept it simple and sexy in a black Alexander McQueen dress. The classic LBD is given an elegant twist with gold crystal and glass embellishments and a flirty ruffled hem styled with black strappy sandals.

Ellie Goulding: It was black again for Ellie Goulding, who donned a Pamella Roland Fall 2013 long-sleeved black gown with Jimmy Choo open-toe booties. The biggest news here is her hairstyle. For so long it was the never-changing hairstyle, but on this occasion she opted for a refreshing updo.

Ashley Roberts: While most of the stars opted for weather-appropriate long-sleeved dresses, the former Pussycat Doll appeared to be oblivious to the cold and rain, donning a bright coral Finders Keepers dress with nude Louboutins and jewels from Catherine Zoraida and Majdan Rocks.

Peaches Geldof: No surprises to see the British star wearing Dolce & Gabbana.

I’m glad to see that Ellie has done something w/ her hair! I’m a big fan of her music & street style- I want to be a fan of her RC steps 😉

Laura Haddock, hands down. The elegant gown is heavenly on her.

Meghan Markle is my fav here. Natalie Dormer always serves sex appeal, but I think she could use a thin belt.

I like Laura Haddock and Meghan Markle both. Natalie Dormer really has such a lovely face but she could do without that horrible pout. Even Ellie Goulding scrubbed up nicely here.

Natalie, Laura and Ashley for me. But especially Laura.

Laura is the only one to look acceptable. Has the dress already been worn though? It looks so familiar. I feel ambivalent about the need to wear the poppy but she integrated it nicely into her look.

Otherwise, I’m getting really annoyed with Natalie’s pout. She has such an interesting face that I like to study, but the ever same “I’m so sexay (sic)” face is rather embarrassing and one-note-y.

Laura Haddock looked really nice (though, not so much in this photo).
I also like the dress on Peaches Geldof, but those tattoos are ruining the potentially elegant look.
