Shay Mitchell In Donna Karan Atelier – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Shay Mitchell joined her ‘Pretty Little Liars’ co-star Lucy Hale on the red carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in Universal City, California.

She wore a sexy Donna Karan Atelier mini dress which looked gorgeous against her sun-kissed skin.

Her acid-yellow bustier dress with a floaty layered chiffon skirt was styled with nude Camilla Skovgaard pumps.

Joining the legends of stars sporting two-tone locks, her wavy tresses cascaded down her back whilst she completed her look with dark eye makeup, a gold Jimmy Choo clutch and a large cocktail ring.

Nikki Reed In Contrarian New York – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Nikki Reed took to the pink carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in Universal City, California.

She kept it simple by wearing a Contrarian New York look which featured a navy satin v-neck corset with a gathered black silk skirt.

Whilst I’m not at all excited about the top and skirt, I loved her accessories: a silver glitter Jimmy Choo ‘Candy’ clutch and gold Brian Atwood ‘Karin’ platform peep-toe sandals attempted to liven up the look.

Ista, Sorelina and Bing Bang jewels, a Dana Rebecca Designs ‘Carly Michelle’ ring plus a bouffant ponytail provided the finishing touches to her sweet-yet-boring look for her Teen Choice Awards.

I wish she’d had more fun with the look. A more vibrant colour combination would’ve been preferred.

Hayden Panettiere In Zuhair Murad – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Still sporting glossy blonde locks, Hayden Panettiere attended the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in Universal City, California.

She sparkled wearing a Zuhair Murad Resort 2012 dress.

Her purple beaded mini dress features cap sleeves, a cut-out back and a ruffled hemline.

Yet more sparkle was added to her dress via her dark purple sequin clutch with a touch of spice via her purple B Brian Atwood ‘Fontanne’ colour-block and snakeskin platform pumps.

Smoky eyes, pretty pink lips, a Swarovski ‘Montana Blue’ crystal snake ring and Open Hearts by Jane Seymour diamond double-drop two-tone chandelier earrings completed the look.

I’m not sure if it’s the hair, her new super-toned figure or perhaps a new stylist, but Hayden is looking much better on the red carpet these days.

Kristen Stewart In Roberto Cavalli – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Kristen Stewart skipped the red carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday evening, but she was spotted backstage wearing a menswear-inspired look.

I love this look from head to toe; this is the type of look I have been crying out for her to wear for a very long time.

Yes, she has great legs and loves mini dresses, but this look suits her personality so much better.

A grey Fluxus tee was teamed with tight black leather pants and a statement blazer from Roberto Cavalli’s Resort 2013 collection.

The print blazer with black leather lapels makes the look. I’m sure Steven Tyler is wishing he got his hands on this look first.

Sporting a hairstyle made famous by Alice Dellal, Kristen opted to braid one side of her wavy brunette hair rather than take clippers to it.

Minimal makeup save for blue eyeshadow, a Melinda Maria ring and black Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle’ pumps completed her look.

Zoe Saldana In Jonathan Saunders – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Zoe Saldana may have been one of the oldest stars to hit the red carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in Universal City, California, but she dared to bare her midriff for this summer’s hottest trend by donning a crop top.

Her geometric patterned crop top was teamed with a matching voluminous skirt from Jonathan Saunders Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

Thankfully, she opted to shorten the skirt which was presented below the knee. The original look wouldn’t have cut it at this teen event.

Tiffany & Co. gold hoop earrings and a gold heart cuff accessorized her look, but her best accessories were her Christian Louboutin aqua-blue satin open-toe and ankle-strap sandals.

A simple updo and light makeup for a fresh-faced gorgeous look provided the finishing touches.

Demi Lovato In Falguni & Shane Peacock – 2012 Teen Choice Awards

Demi Lovato was the host of the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in Universal City, California.

Before getting to work, the singer rocked a Falguni & Shane Peacock Spring 2012 geometric embellished mini dress with a feathered hem and leather cap sleeves on the red carpet.

The biggest surprise here is that she’s not wearing Topshop nor the leather harness as presented on the runway.

Her edgy feathered confection was styled with Loree Rodkin statement jewels and black Christian Louboutin ‘Exagona’ criss-cross platform peep-toe sandals.

A high, sleek ponytail accented with black leather, smouldering kohl-rimmed eyes, black nails, and a natural pink lip colour competed her look.

This is a much improved look for Demi. Methinks her ‘X Factor’ stylist and event stylist are two different people.

If you are having a case of déjà vu, that’s because Selita Ebanks wore the gown version of this dress to the 2012 BET Awards earlier this month.
