Victoria Justice In Versace – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Victoria Justice In Versace - 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Victoria Justice sparkled at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

Leaving no pot of glitter unturned, the ‘Eye Candy’ starlet wore a Versace Spring 2015 shimmery cocktail frock matched with black bangles, clutch and Jimmy Choo ‘Whistler’ pumps.

The colour-blocked crystal mesh mini was just begging for a dance floor—and some ’80s music. But this MTV occasion was as good a night as any to pull out the sassy little number.

A sleek, simple updo would have worked wonders here in place of the half-up, half-down mini-pompadour look.

Anna Camp In Peter Pilotto – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Anna Camp was also in attendance at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

Like Bella Thorne, the ‘Pitch Perfect 2’ actress wore an artistic design from the Peter Pilotto Spring 2015 collection.

While featuring a similar level of intricate embroidery and lacy embellishment, Anna’s multi-coloured frock took on a breezier, boho spirit that was like a ray of sunshine on the red carpet.

Stuart Weitzman sky-blue shoes accented the tones of the dress, with effortless blonde waves and radiant, bare-faced makeup finishing off the look.

It’s hard not to smile with Anna’s consistent lighthearted, endearing style.

Emily Ratajkowski In Fausto Puglisi – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Emily Ratajkowski In Fausto Puglisi - 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Emily Ratajkowski directed all attention her way at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

After a run of more sophisticated, covered-up ensembles, tonight saw the ‘Gone Girl’ actress returning to her favoured skin-is-in looks—ignoring any rule to choose cleavage or legs, but not both.

The Fausto Puglisi Fall 2015 embellished mini-frock checked all the boxes for bare skin, bold bling, and bright colour, all the while packing a punk-ish attitude.

Although the effect was a bit brash for my taste, I did appreciate her sleek styling, including a slicked-back ponytail, natural makeup, and minimalistic accessories including Jennifer Meyer rings and Eva Fehren earrings.

She’s got it, so she certainly took the opportunity to flaunt it.

Willow Shields In Bibhu Mohapatra – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Willow Shields attended the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

The starlet’s Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2015 asymmetrical, mock-peplum dress featured a naturalistic vine motif stamped across it.

When I look at this dress, it’s not so much the periwinkle colour or even the pattern to which I’m opposed. Rather, the fit of the silhouette translates as a bit overworked for the young star.

Her beauty look was striking, though, with those long, sideswept waves and a saturated red lip. The styling was just at odds with the dress. Do you agree?

Brittany Snow In Brandon Sun – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Brittany Snow attended the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress wore a Brandon Sun Spring 2015 colour-blocked, structured dress minus the lookbook’s fur stole, which would have been nothing if not warm-ish for the evening.

Prim and smart, the red-and-pink dress wasn’t without a fun side, amplified not only by the bold hues but also by the spark of a Lee Savage ‘Stack’ gold clutch. She also accessorized with Jerome Rousseau embellished nude shoes, along with Jack Vartanian earrings and Liv Haley rings.

Twiggy lashes and a bright pink rounded out the look, in which I would have taken one step further with an equally colourful and sassy pair of sandals rather than the nude pair.

Bella Thorne was among the earlier arrivals for the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

Fresh in from Coachella, the ‘Scream’ starlet donned a Peter Pilotto Spring 2015 A-line mini-dress in bold shades of blue that still electrified the tonal blue carpet.

Highly decorative with bold, abstract resin pieces emblazoned across the middle, the frock took on an artsy, trippy spin that was perfectly in line with Bella’s playful style.

With the dress taking centre stage, she styled the look effortlessly with matching blue Jimmy Choo ‘Atlas’ sandals and a loose ponytail.

Menswear Weekend Roundup

Menswear Weekend RoundupWith the MTV Movie Awards 2014 in Los Angeles, California and the Laurence Olivier Awards in London, England on this past weekend’s roster, the guys hit the red carpet with fashion guns blazing on both sides of the pond.

Jared Leto: Snagging a golden popcorn at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (April 13) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live for ‘Best On-Screen Transformation’ in ‘Dallas Buyers Club,’ the actor was rock-star rad in a Lanvin black silk knot-embroidered, peak-lapel tuxedo jacket, teamed with aviator shades. Funky, MTV-worthy appeal came in the form of that black-and-white Hawaiian shirt, skinny dark pants and sneakers.

Tom Hiddleston: Looking ever so dapper, the British actor was dressed impeccably at the Laurence Olivier Awards on Sunday (April 13). He paired his sharply tailored, black Alexander McQueen single-breasted, one-button ‘McQueen shoulder’ tuxedo with a white evening shirt with black buttons, black polished stone skull cufflinks and black patent evening shoes.

Orlando Bloom: The winner of the MTV Movie Awards ‘Best Fight’ nod for his role in ‘The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug,’ he took to the stage in a monochromatic, head-to-toe Lanvin ensemble. Despite the clashing navy-blue colours, he may be one of the few who could nonchalantly pull off the long fitted coat, worn over an over-dyed button-up cotton shirt, an under T-shirt and cotton pants. Still retaining his cool factor, he accessorized with a few strands of statement pendant necklaces and black hi-top sneakers.
