Sienna Miller In Galvan – ‘Foxcatcher’ London Premiere

Sienna Miller In Galvan - 'Foxcatcher' London Premiere

Sienna Miller attended a screening of ‘Foxcatcher’ held during the 58th BFI London Film Festival at Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (October 16) in London, England.

The British actress wore a Galvan Fall 2014 slinky strappy metallic floor-length gown in a simple silhouette paired with matching peep-toes.

Never straying too far from all things boho, she styled her gown with a boho-beautiful plaited updo to show off her silver drop earrings.

With so much gloss coming from her dress, on the makeup front she opted for a bronzed au naturel look.

Reese Witherspoon In Giambattista Valli & Stella McCartney – ‘Wild’ London Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Reese Witherspoon In Giambattista Valli & Stella McCartney - 'Wild' London Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Reese Witherspoon was in England to promote her latest movie, ‘Wild’, during the 58th BFI London Film Festival on Monday (October 13).

Photocall: Her day started at the May Fair Hotel, where she attended a photocall for the movie wearing a Giambattista Valli Resort 2015 black dress. Even with alluring sheer inserts, this look is still very refined, especially when styled with simple black patent-leather pumps.

Premiere: Later that same evening Reese donned a Stella McCartney gown for the premiere. Stella gowns are usually graced with a compelling femininity. Sadly, though, I’m not a fan of the contrasting elements on the bodice on this occasion; with the two animal prints, lace, and the sheer panel, there is just too much going on. It just doesn’t work for me.

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior - 'Serena' London Film Festival Screening

Jennifer Lawrence attended the premiere for ‘Serena’ during the 58th BFI London Film Festival held at Vue West End on Monday (October 13) in London, England.

The actress wore Dior, not surprisingly, donning a black wool coat dress with a deep plunge styled with black Brian Atwood ‘Mercury’ pumps and Dior tribal earrings in metal with a palladium finish set with grey resin pearls.

While this is not her most exciting look, I do find myself loving both the tailoring and the styling.

She looks both sexy and chic.

Mia Wasikowska In Chanel Couture – ‘Madame Bovary’ London Film Festival Screening

Mia Wasikowska In Chanel Couture - 'Madame Bovary' London Film Festival Screening

Mia Wasikowska joined Laura Carmichael on the red carpet for the screening of ‘Madame Bovary’ during the 58th BFI London Film Festival held at Odeon West End on Saturday (October 11) in London, England.

Usually I reserve my rights to judge any Chanel runway look until I see it on the red carpet, as the red carpet look is usually much more preferable; sadly, that is not the case on this occasion.

Mia breathes no life into this metallic-silver Chanel Spring 2014 Couture futuristic-style dress which creates the illusion of a tiny waist.

I don’t even feel the black pumps are to blame here; perhaps it’s the hair and makeup bringing down the look, or that she simply lacks presence.

Laura Carmichael attended the London Film Festival screening of ‘Madame Bovary’ held at the Odeon West End on Saturday (October 11) in London, England.

The actress wore an Erdem Resort 2015 white organza creation rendered with striking black floral embroidery for an elegant evening option with plenty of ladylike appeal.

Giving the look a contemporary spin, Laura styled her look with mesh and PVC pumps with metallic toecaps.

The overall look would’ve been perfect had her wavy tresses been worn back in an elegant chignon.

Keira Knightley In Valentino Couture – ‘The Imitation Game’ Opening Night Gala Screening

Keira Knightley In Valentino Couture - 'The Imitation Game' Opening Night Gala Screening

Keira Knightley stepped onto the rain-drenched red carpet for the opening night gala screening of ‘The Imitation Game’ during the London Film Festival, held at the Odeon Leicester Square on Wednesday (October 8) in London, England.

Serving up a Valentino double, the British actress selected a look from the Fall 2014 Couture collection.

Your feelings were muted for the photocall, so how does this luxe embroidered gold lace tiered couture gown fare?

Even if this is a typical Keira Knightley look, I’m far from disappointed.

I wanted elegance and romance with a touch of intrigue; she delivered.

The intrigue came via her strange choice of red suede Charlotte Olympia ‘The Lady is a Vamp’ pumps and those breathtaking David Morris earrings.

Keira Knightley attended the photocall for ‘The Imitation Game’ which opened the 58th BFI London Film Festival held at Corinthia Hotel London this afternoon (October 8) in London, England.

The actress wore a Valentino Spring 2015 floral and arabesque-print short-sleeved frock with a pleated skirt, pointy collar (of course) and delicate embroidery.

Fashionably chic, as always, this piece offers a pleasurably fun undertone while making an adept grown-up statement.

Simple black pumps would’ve been an easy choice; however, Keira opted for Charlotte Olympia ‘Auspicious Debbie’ pumps featuring a gold-embroidered dragon on black satin, with a heart-shaped platform sole for a unique and quirky finish.

Emma Thompson In Maria Grachvogel – ‘Saving Mr Banks’ London Film Festival Closing Night Gala Premiere

Emma Thompson In Maria Grachvogel - 'Saving Mr Banks' London Film Festival Closing Night Gala Premiere

Emma Thompson joined Lily Allen and Ruth Wilson on the red carpet for the Closing Night Gala premiere of ‘Saving Mr Banks’ during the 57th BFI London Film Festival held at the Odeon Leicester Square on Sunday evening.

I was delighted to see Emma having fun with fashion. I’m sure many would’ve expected her to wear some sad sack of a dress, but she surprised everyone by wearing a Maria Grachvogel Fall 2013 ensemble.

The look consisted of a silk-organza reflective branches-print blouse with an ethereal, filmic quality styled with a dramatic black jacquard A-line skirt with a shorter front to show off her ankle boots.

I was going to give her full marks for pulling off such a tricky look until I got to the shoes. Open-toe or strappy sandals would’ve elongated her legs.
