Nina Dobrev In Prabal Gurung – ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration

Nina Dobrev looked oh-so pretty on the red carpet for ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California.

Wearing a look from Prabal Gurung’s Resort 2018 collection, I was tempted to say her style has improved, but that would be a terrible disservice to her and her stylist as Nina has always been sartorially prolific, so I would prefer to say I love how her new mature style has grown.

This gown is perfect example of that with its cascading frills for a modern take on femininity.

Switching up the blunt bob for softer waves, the look was styled with Alexis Bittar jewelry and a blue satin Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch.

Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic

The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic was held on Saturday (October 14) in Pacific Palisades, California, with a number of stars in attendance for the day of sport.

Tracee Ellis Ross: This look brought a big smile to my face, as I was immediately charmed by the Agnes B printed top and mustard-yellow Celine trousers. The star of the show was the Eric Javits hat, though, with Stuart Weitzman ‘Marlon’ shoes completing the typically quirky look. The shoes were funky, to be sure, but it was the Louis Vuitton clutch that I could have done without.

Camilla Belle: This Adeam Resort 2018 asymmetrical frock offered up such a delicately feminine vibe, with her pink lip echoing that spirit. Her block heels ensured there would be no sinking into the grass.

Kate Hudson: I loved the playfulness of this candy-stripe Johanna Ortiz Resort 2018 wide-leg jumpsuit, all tied up with its girlish bow. But, I would have been fearful that Kate would trip on the pants that puddled on the ground. The giant rosebud earrings were such fun as was the Clare V. ‘Petite Alice’ tote.

Mary J Blige In Prabal Gurung – ‘Mudbound’ London Press Day

After duly impressing at the London Film Festival premiere of ‘Mudbound’, Mary J. Blige was back at it for the London Press Day.

This Prabal Gurung Spring 2018 look was on the Red Carpet Wish List for none other than Mary J. Blige—and our wish was her command.

This was a lovely way for the star to introduce such a bold selection of hues into the mix, checking the box on both style-forward glam allure and her distinctly edgy vibe.

Anabela Chan and Pasquale Bruni jewels completed the look.

Did you like her choice of complementary magenta pumps to play off the one-sleeve top?

Who Wore Prabal Gurung Better? Laura Haddock or Nina Dobrev?

It’s very rare for Nina Dobrev to be on a “Who Wore It Better?” post, yet the actress wore the shorter version of this Prabal Gurung Fall 2017 white dress to the ‘Flatliners’ LA premiere three months after Laura Haddock.

For the ‘My Cousin Rachel’ London premiere, Laura opted to wear her look without the belt.

I like the look both ways as it suits each of their individual styles, but I love the edge the belt brings to Nina’s look so she wins for me.

Michelle Monaghan In Prabal Gurung – New York City Ballet’s 2017 Fall Fashion Gala

If you weren’t getting enough gala glamour from Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Monaghan has got you covered.

The actress wore a fresh-off-the-runway Spring 2018 Prabal Gurung gown to the New York City Ballet’s 2017 Fall Fashion Gala on Thursday (September 28).

I love the colourblocking and the cool, effortless vibe of this modern look, but I can’t say I’m sold on the white Prabal Gurung sandals; mostly because they draw too much focus.

Tasaki Atelier x Prabal Gurung jewels and a complimentary ocean blue pearlescent Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch completed the look.

Nina Dobrev In Prabal Gurung – ‘Flatliners’ LA Premiere

Nina Dobrev showcased her new blunt cut bob for the premiere of ‘Flatliners’ on Wednesday (September 27) in LA.

But that isn’t all that appeared to be new.

For some of you Nina’s style had become too predictable, so this Prabal Gurung Fall 2017 dress which falls below the knee, doesn’t feature shorts, sequins, or a Zuhair Murad label, will serve as a refreshing change.

Blooming with dimensional flair, this tiered number was styled with Jimmy Choo pumps, clutch and Bvglari jewels.

You may remember that Laura Haddock wore this same dress back in June.
