Rachel Bilson In Oscar de la Renta - 'The To Do List' LA Premiere

Rachel Bilson was back on the red carpet yesterday evening attending the CBS film premiere of ‘The To Do List’ in Westwood, California.

I love that she’s mixing up her red carpet look lately, this time selecting a strapless Oscar de la Renta Resort 2014 blue dress with white taffeta flower sequins and thread-work-embroidered detailing, styled with simple black accessories including Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps.

The shape is very interesting as it features a mini train at the back and a layered look at the front, creating a dainty but not-too-twee frock.

Beauty-wise, Rachel’s long hair was pulled back with a side braid and twisted at the nape of her neck for a relaxed, carefree look. Sexy cat eyes and a pretty pink lip colour completed the look.

Gillian Jacobs In Oscar de la Renta - 'Community' Press Line Comic-Con 2013

Gillian Jacobs attended the ‘Community’ press line during Comic-Con 2013, held at San Diego Convention Center in California, on Sunday evening.

The actress, who has never shied away from bold prints, wore an Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 frock with shades of green which are like a breath of fresh air.

Her mélange print dress skims the body before flaring out to the skirt, creating a ladylike silhouette.

The mash-up of prints keeps the look feeling modern and, just to amp up the modern appeal, Gillian added a studded leather belt and sexy Brian Atwood sandals.

You can buy Gillian’s Oscar de la Renta dress from
Nordstrom, farfetch.com US, farfetch.com, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks.com.

Solo Moda Zuhair Murad

Nieves Alvarez celebrated one year of ‘Solo Moda’ in high style, naturally. We would expect nothing less.

First adorning herself in three confections from Zuhair Murad’s Spring 2013 collection, the trendsetting show host was the epitome of glamour as she strutted out a range of looks, all paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and Carrera y Carrera jewels. Loose bombshell waves completed the effect.

From her glittering, gold one-shoulder gown that was both sophisticated and sultry, she moved on to a party-ready, siren-red frock with vampy black-patent heels.

The big finish was a slightly futuristic, metallic blue, pleated mermaid number that could have done without the pendant necklace.

Jelena Ristic In Oscar de la Renta - Novak Djokovic Foundation London Gala Dinner

Wimbledon Men’s runner-up Novak Djokovic and his lovely girlfriend Jelena Ristic hosted the Novak Djokovic Foundation London gala dinner, held at The Roundhouse in London, yesterday evening.

The couple looked in very good spirits; he was decked out in a classic tux, while she looked lovely in an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 gown.

It has a stunning silhouette, with a striking mix of chevrons and horizontal stripes giving this Oscar de la Renta gown unmatched drama – perfect for her night in the spotlight.

Taking the styling into her own hands, she opted not to wear a statement necklace – just diamond drop earrings and a Bottega Veneta stretch Knot clutch which is an elegantly elongated version of the signature Knot, one of Bottega Veneta’s most coveted clutches.

You may remember that Fan Bingbing wore this same gown to the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Anna Dello Russo In Oscar de la Renta - Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2014 Menswear Show

Yesterday’s Spring 2014 menswear shows in Italy were punctuated by one of fashion’s strongest and zaniest personalities: Anna Dello Russo.

The perennially unpredictable editor-at-large for ‘Vogue’ Japan once again brought her signature brand of wow and whoa to the streets of Milan Fashion Week, stopping traffic in a shocking-pink, strapless top and shorts from Oscar de la Renta’s Spring 2013 collection.

Always the eccentric maximalist, you could count on Anna to pick up this peppy look with a feather-embroidered top and micro shorts to flaunt her pins. However, her obsession with excess didn’t extend to the runway look’s jewellery belt, which didn’t make the cut here.

Huge and hyper-reflective aqua-tinted shades were another unexpected twist to this flamboyant foray, stealing attention from a black-and-white houndstooth clutch and flirty blue-and-white T-bar Sophia Webster sandals festooned with a ruffled pink bow.

Oh, and don’t think she didn’t plan for potential sartorial naysayers; she crossed out any criticism of her flamingo mini with evil-eye earrings.
