Ahna O’Reilly In Preen & Monique Lhuillier – ‘The Sound and The Fury’ Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Ahna O'Reilly In Preen & Monique Lhuillier - 'The Sound and The Fury' Photocall & Premiere

Ahna O’Reilly was back on the red carpet at the 2014 Venice Film Festival, this time in support of ‘The Sound and The Fury’ on Friday (September 5).

Photocall: Her Preen ‘Christie’ off-the-shoulder black dress with floral embroidery had all the girly charm you could want, especially with that bubblegum lippie, yet the dark colour kept it from venturing too sweet or twee. The Bionda Castana ‘Langley’ sandals would not have been my first (or second) choice, as something more delicate was in order. But from the ankles up, the look was adorable.

Premiere: Vibrantly sweeping onto the scene, the actress impressed in a dramatic Monique Lhuillier Resort 2015 gown with decorative, lace-embroidered sheer overlay through which peeked fairytale-like tulle layers. With her red hair and red lip providing even more impact, Aldo ‘Agrerade’ sandals finished the striking effect. I wasn’t crazy about her earlier Venice premiere look, but this pretty and powerful statement won me over. Do you agree?

TV Presenters @ The 2014 Emmy Awards

Louise Roe in Monique Lhuillier - 2014 Emmy Awards

Here are the final three looks from the Emmys red carpet on Monday evening (August 25), from those ladies who asked that all-important question: “Who are you wearing?”

Louise Roe: The British TV star and journalist was my favourite of the bunch. With her statuesque model height and beauty, she was radiant wearing a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014 floral-brushstroke-printed strapless tufted ball gown. Impeccably styled, as we would expect from Louise, she accessorized with Monique Lhuillier ‘Avril’ coral slingbacks, an Edie Parker ‘Minnie’ nude pearl and gold confetti clutch and Martin Katz jewels.

Kaley Cuoco In Monique Lhuillier – 2014 Emmy Awards

KaleyCuocoMoniqueLhuillier2014EmmyAwards

Kaley Cuoco wore the color of the evening on the red carpet of the 2014 Emmy Awards tonight (August 25) at the Nokia Theatre Live L.A. in Los Angeles.

The bubbly star wore a layered tulle Monique Lhuillier Resort 2015 gown with pink floral accents and a structured bodice.

To accompany the look, she wore red Chelsea Paris ‘Ada’ sandals, a Swarovski ‘Nirvana Star’ clutch and simple Graziela Gems and Jennifer Fisher jewels.

It’s amazing how many different ways Kaley finds to wear a basic pixie cut, but I love this simple, slightly messy style.

Barely there makeup completes the look.

Sophia Bush In Monique Lhuillier & Maria Lucia Hohan – Emmys Weekend

Sophia Bush In Monique Lhuiller & Maria Lucia Hohan - National Women's History Museum's 3rd Annual Women Making History Event & Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

Sophia Bush also attended two events on Saturday (August 23) evening starting at the National Women’s History Museum’s 3rd Annual Women Making History Event before moving onto the Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration.

National Women’s History Museum’s 3rd Annual Women Making History Event: The actress looked divine wearing a Monique Lhuillier Resort 2015 pink and orange strapless dress rendered in a striking floral print. Her accessories which included Vita Fede jewels, an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch and hot-pink Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals were treat enough, but then she went and perfected the look with a matching hot-pink lip.

Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration: For her second jaw-dropping look, Sophia selected a gorgeous lemon silk tulle Maria Lucia Hohan step-hem dress with a draped corset and wide shoulder straps. Styled with a Perspex clutch, silver open-toe sandals and aqua-blue earrings the look was complete with side swept wavy tresses.

J’Adore both. Don’t make me pick a favourite.

Sarah Paulson In Monique Lhuillier – Variety and Women in Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

Sarah Paulson In Monique Lhuillier - Variety and Women in Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

Sarah Paulson attended the Variety and Women in Film Emmy Nominee Celebration on Saturday (August 23) in West Hollywood, California.

Working a dark and mysterious look, which works so well for her, Sarah wore a Monique Lhuillier Fall 2014 black Chantilly lace long-sleeve dress with a pleated shoulder detail and full skirt which was accented with a leather belt.

Keeping the makeup neutral, she styled her look with black pumps and a black clutch with a copper stone panel.

I much prefer the gothic romantic feel of this look over her favoured twee frocks. Do you agree?

Julianne Hough In Olcay Gulsen & Monique Lhuillier – Good Morning America & 2014 Heineken US Open Kick Off Party

Julianne Hough In Olcay Gulsen & Monique Lhuillier - Good Morning America & 2014 Heineken US Open Kick Off Party

Julianne Hough went from black to white during a busy Thursday (August 21) which saw her start on ‘Good Morning America’, where she excitedly revealed that she will be the new judge on ‘Dancing with the Stars’, to the 2014 Heineken US Open kick-off party.

‘Good Morning America': This Olcay Gulsen sleeveless top and pencil skirt may not have got my attention had it not been for the spliced lace panels within this flirty look. Styled with those ever-popular Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals, she completed her look with a Foley + Corinna shoulder bag.

2014 Heineken US Open kick-off party: Things took a more sultry turn for her after-dark look, where she donned a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2014 white bandeau and high-waist calf-length skirt with a tonal lace overlay. Again, the look was given a kick with statement-making Stuart Weitzman ‘Nouveau’ rose-pearl floral python pumps, which we recently saw on Naya Rivera.
