Best Dressed Of The Week - Jessica Alba In Juan Carlos Obando & Sonam Kapoor In Jean Paul Gaultier Couture

Jessica Alba was your best dressed, wearing a Juan Carlos Obando white blouse tucked into a sequined floor-grazing skirt to the 2013 ALMA Awards which was both a sexy and refreshing look from the actress.

I went for Sonam Kapoor in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture, not just because I am a fan of animal print, but mostly because it was a difficult look to pull off and she mastered it – much to my surprise, I have to add.

Sonam Kapoor In Jean Paul Gaultier Couture - GQ India 'Men of the Year' Awards

Sonam Kapoor attended the GQ India fifth anniversary ‘Men of the Year’ Awards ceremony in Mumbai on Sunday.

The Indian beauty wore an exotic Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2013 Couture creation with sculptural pockets and light-gold embellishments all over.

I’m almost breathless from this outstanding look. The OTT earrings and slicked-back bun were the perfect way to style this look.

Nicole Richie In Jean Paul Gaultier - Nordstrom Gala

Nicole Richie hosted the Nordstrom Gala to celebrate the grand opening of Nordstrom Glendale Americana in California yesterday evening.

If you are lucky enough to still be experiencing great weather, you may not be in the mood to appreciate this rich, baroque floral print which brings an edge of art and romance to this Jean Paul Gaultier turtleneck dress.

With her hair pulled back into a tight bun, the dress does a great job of elongating the petite star, so I was slightly baffled to discover she had opted for Christian Louboutin
‘Zazou’ animal-print lace-up flats.

Representing her House of Harlow line, she styled her maxi dress with her black ‘Jude’ chain-fringed clutch and a gold necklace.

A matte orange-red lip colour complemented her dress, as did her copper eye shadow.

I have a feeling this won’t be loved by everyone. My only dislike are the flats. The contrasting print was an interesting choice, but my preference would’ve been heels.

Gwen Stefani of No Doubt took to the red carpet with her band on Sunday evening in Frankfurt, Germany for the 2012 MTV European Music Awards.

The singer wore two looks custom made by Jean Paul Gaultier.

For the red carpet she wore a draped black satin look inspired by the Fall 2012 Couture collection.

The jumpsuit became a draped dress with a slit, which she paired with black shorts black knee-high boots and tights.

For Gwen’s performance it was pretty much all black again, as the singer donned a JPG Spring 2013 look featuring a classic double-breasted tuxedo jacket slashed across the chest which she styled with black shorts, both of which had white underlays.

Her performance was amazing: one of the few that appeared to get Kanye West’s seal of approval.

On my favourite of the two I have to go with the second look. I love the unique twist on the tuxedo.

Angela Sarafyan attended the 3rd Annual Autumn Party at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California, yesterday evening.

The ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2’ actress wore a Jean Paul Gaultier Resort 2013 ensemble.

Her stylishly unique one-sleeve suit, which featured loose-fitted tapered pants, a black tank top and a watermelon-pink blazer with a long, draped detail, was accented with a black leather waistband.

Black strappy Jerome C. Rousseau sandals and a Stark gold-and-black panther clutch accessorized her look.

Instead of the pink turban, Angela wore her hair tied up into a chic topknot.

I love this look from head to toe for the colour, uniqueness, and effortlessness plus the styling is impeccable.

Fashion Week is a predictable time as the celebs wear a look by the designer who invited them to the show (unless you’re Jennifer Lopez).

The one person who stood out during Paris Fashion Week was Pace Wu.

I saw her as I entered the Elie Saab show and she is even more beautiful in real life and taller than I had expected.

Her fashionable week started off at the Lanvin show where she wore an all-black Lanvin look with a hot-pink lip colour providing a pop of colour.

While I’m not too crazy about the dress, especially the dangerously high slit, I do love her accessories, sans black pumps of course.

Her menswear-inspired look at the Jean-Paul Gaultier show could’ve been tres boring had she not opted for several pops of pink via her belt, her Brian Atwood pumps and Olympia Le Tan clutch.

One of my favourite looks was Wu’s Stella McCartney look. Her blue lace jumpsuit with a black waistband is stunning on her. She styled it perfectly with a Stella McCartney ‘Falabella’ clutch with a blue chain and Charlotte Olympia nude ‘Dolly’ pumps.
