Nicole Kidman In Christian Dior Couture – NGV Gala

Nicole Kidman attended the NGV Gala on Saturday (August 26) in Melbourne, Australia.

Following Nicole’s last red carpet look, it’s apparent that the majority of you aren’t fans of her going down the princess route, so I’m keen to know your thoughts on this frothy Dior Fall 2017 Couture gown.

I love Nicole’s style and I never met a princess gown I didn’t love, yet this look feels like a costume from Disney movie.

I’m also struggling to like the belt worn with this look.

Sofia Carson In Christian Dior – 2017 MTV VMAs

It’s not often we see one Dior look at the MTV Video Music Awards, let alone three.

Sofia Carson followed Paris Jackson and Julia Michaels on Sunday (August 27) wearing a look from the Parisian brand, selecting a look from the Fall 2017 collection.

This sweet esprit d’ point gown sees the star keep up her good form from her ‘Descendants 2’ promo tour, but this was the second outing for this gown as Felicity Jones wore the same look back in June.

Julia Michaels In Christian Dior – 2017 MTV VMAs

Julia Michaels was the only person I would consider best dressed at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (August 27).

While her tattoos point to a rock chick rebel, her red carpet looks always veer on the dainty, princess side.

On this occasion she was the glimmering ray of light on a dim red carpet wearing a degrade Dior Fall 2017 bustier gown which made her look like she’d dropped from the fashion heavens.

Paris Jackson In Christian Dior – 2017 MTV VMAs

For her last red carpet appearance, Paris Jackson opted to go demure. It was a move that surprised us, and one which many of you disliked.

Cut to a few weeks later at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, and in this Dior Resort 2018 dress the wild child is back.

Yes, we have long grown tired of this sheer trend, but I often judge them on a case by case basis, and this one has me on the fence.

On the one hand her Dior embroidered tulle tarot dress is beautiful, but I wish there was another way to make it work without the Dior nude bralette and panties.

To me, Paris’s styling appears to be thrown together for shock value, rather than enhancing the beauty of the dress.

Margaret Qualley In Christian Dior – ‘Death Note’ New York Premiere

Margaret Qualley attended the ‘Death Note’ New York premiere on Thursday (August 17) wearing a colourful Christian Dior Resort 2018 bustier frock.

My pre-bias of patchwork dresses wanted to lead me down a route of dislike for this look, but instead I found myself enjoying this bohemian departure from Dior, as the artistic patchwork didn’t feel haphazard.

Styled with plum and gold trimmed Malone Souliers ‘Eunice’ sandals and barely there makeup, this turned out to be a charming look for Margaret.

Haute Living celebrates cover star Kate Mara in Dior

Haute Living hosted a party to celebrate their cover star Kate Mara on Monday (August 7) in Los Angeles, California.

Sweet and simple with just the right touch of charm, her Christian Dior blue frock was styled with a Dior ‘Tresor Tribale’ necklace, a Dior clutch with constellation embroideries plus studded pumps to give the look a lift.

This outfits scream classic, proving that beauty and style do go hand in hand.
