Lily James In Christian Dior – Saks Fifth Avenue ‘Cinderella’ Window Unveiling

Lily James In Christian Dior - Saks Fifth Avenue 'Cinderella' Window Unveiling

In celebration of Disney’s ‘Cinderella’, Saks dedicated its Fifth Avenue, New York, windows to the magical movie. Bedecked in all the fantasy of this classic fairytale, the windows are fashioned with Cinderella-inspired glass slippers by Stuart Weitzman, Jimmy Choo, Nicholas Kirkwood, Rene Caovilla, Charlotte Olympia, Salvatore Ferragamo, Alexandre Birman and Jerome Rousseau.

We’ve been lusting after absolutely everything the British actress has been wearing lately, and yesterday (March 10) was no different.

Lily donned a dainty printed skirt and white top from Christian Dior’s Spring 2015 collection, styled with Roger Vivier black petal sandals.

As always the look is chic and elegant, and imbued with a touch of whimsy to ensure we are charmed and enchanted.

You may remember that Ingrid Garcia Jonsson wore the same skirt earlier this month, opting for both a black top and Dior booties.

Christian Dior Fall 2015 Front Row

Christian Dior Fall 2015 Front Row

Earlier today (March 6) Christian Dior presented its Fall 2015 collection during Paris Fashion Week with a front row which didn’t included the usual suspects.

Dakota Johnson: Fresh from her promo tour for ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’, the actress who has been flitting between black and white red carpet looks settled for black on this occasion. I love how the off-the-shoulder style provides a fresh, modern-cool slant for this beautifully tailored tuxedo-inspired jumpsuit with a flattering, sophisticated silhouette. The pink cuff is a head scratcher, but the rest of the styling is perfectly complementary.

Hailee Steinfeld: I didn’t recognise Hailee in this Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2015 look. In fact I thought this was Kendall Jenner. The young actress is growing up fast; ditching girlie dresses for a more grown up look which still maintains a youthful flare. Aside from the out-of-place white clutch, I covet this look from head to toe, including that frosty pink lip.

Lorde: The singer added a backpack to her modern, minimalist Pre-Fall 2015 look which ordinarily I would frown at, but she made it work adding her own brand of cool to the look.

Olivia Palermo’s Paris Fashion Week Style

Olivia Palermo's Paris Fashion Week Style

Having skipped London and Milan Fashion Weeks, Olivia Palermo has been making appearances in the front row in Paris.

Vionnet: Working a downtown New Yorker cool hipster vibe, it’s not often we see Olivia take such a laidback approach during fashion week. The look was styled with her ever-present Olivia Palermo x Aquazzura booties and a deconstructed coat I would kill for.

Roland Mouret: Her second look was more like the Olivia we know and love, donning a ladylike Dior navy wool jersey-knit embroidered patch dress. I can’t say I’m too enamoured with her Aquazzura booties with this look. Another pair of pointy pumps from this collection would’ve been preferable. Westward\\Leaning ‘Voyager 12 Circle’ shades and a fur stole completed her look.

Ingrid Garcia Jonsson In Christian Dior – Fotogramas Awards

Ingrid Garcia Jonsson In Christian Dior - Fotogramas Awards

Ingrid Garcia Jonsson – winner of ‘Best New Actress’ at the Goya Awards – attended the Fotogramas Awards ceremony held at Joy Eslava on Monday (March 2) in Madrid, Spain.

I adore this Christian Dior Spring 2015 dress featuring a suspended skirt and cut-out top, which I had hoped would be worn by an indie actress like Juno Temple or Chloe Sevigny, so I am delighted it worn by Ingrid who appears to be cut from the same cloth.

Instilled with a dainty vibe, this modern interpretation of elegance, imbued with a laudable quality, was styled with black and white Dior booties I have a feeling won’t go down too well with the majority, hence why I really wanted an indie girl to make this look work.

For me, she rocks the look from head to toe.

Do you agree?

Natalie Portman In Christian Dior – 2015 Vanity Fair Party

Natalie Portman In Christian Dior - 2015 Vanity Fair Party

Natalie Portman attended the 2015 Vanity Fair Party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (February 22) in Beverly Hills, California.

As we’d expect, the actress was dressed in a Christian Dior gown. Less expected, but very much welcomed, was that she actually continued to move outside of her favoured black comfort zone.

All the more reason that she was a vision in this creamy ivory design, with a plunging V-back, as she worked its simple, clean lines to perfection.

She styled the look with a silver metallic Eddie Borgo minaudiere alongside a petal-pink lip and dazzling, emerald-green earrings that I won’t soon forget.

If I were to nitpick, it would be aimed towards the buttoned sleeves that bunched a bit too much for my liking and could have used a nip and a tuck.
