Charlize Theron In Christian Dior Haute Couture – ‘Gringo’ LA Premiere

It would’ve been so easy and predictable for Charlize Theron to wear a black lace Dior gown to the LA premiere of ‘Gringo’ on Tuesday (March 6), so I was delighted she was in the mood for something different.

Her Dior Haute Couture tuxedo and embroidered tulle shirt, which presented a contemporary update on classic tailoring, instantly felt iconic.

I love how the look embodies the label’s clean-lined finesse when it comes to their suiting; projecting androgynous aptitude with plenty of attitude.

Fishnets can serve up certain negative connotations, but her Dior fishnet overlay sandals only sharpen up this look further.

A chic updo and Messika jewels completed her look.

2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Red Carpet Roundup

The crush of beauties continued in full force on the red carpet of the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

Odeya Rush: The young starlet was a vision in this neon-bright chartreuse Vivienne Westwood Couture gown. The sculptural, one-shoulder ruffle detail is nothing we haven’t seen before, but the bold colour made the look feel dynamic. I do think she could have offered up a more youthful beauty look—and less bronzer—to accompany the sophisticated sass of the gown.

Dree Hemingway: There was a delicate daintiness to this Valentino Pre-Fall 2018 nude, embellished lace gown, which Dree echoed in her minimal hair and makeup. The yellow-tinged, ribbon belt made all the difference in breathing a bit of life into the neutral dress, with Repossi jewels to complete the look.

Greta Gerwig In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Greta Gerwig also headed to the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscars party after the Academy Awards on Sunday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

After her sunny Rodarte ceremony look, the best director nominee opted for a Christian Dior Spring 2018 Couture gown.

At first glance, this dress seems quite simple, but the fabric is actually crafted in panels to create a petal shape, which was really visually exciting. The movement was incredible as Greta walked.

While I think many would think to wear a solid clutch in a contrasting color, the black-and-white checkered box clutch Greta chose was a bit more funky and fit, and I’m here for it.

Kate Bosworth In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Kate Bosworth had her own version of a fairy-tale moment at the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

I was swept up in the fantasy of her diaphanous, rose-gold Christian Dior Spring 2017 Couture tulle gown.

Instead of the look’s original belt, she opted to bring in the embellishment via her Piaget jewels.

I did find myself wondering if I would have preferred this dress with the belt to better tie in the bronze clutch—and without the choker necklace.

Were both the earrings and necklace overkill in your eyes?

Haley Bennett In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Oscars

Haley Bennett attended the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California.

The grassy look of this Christian Dior Spring 2018 Couture creation is what immediately springs forth upon first impression.

The fanciful quality is undeniable here, and it was so intriguing when fused with the avant-garde, cage-like element of the illusion turtleneck and seaming.

The more theatrical components of the runway presentation were left on the catwalk, as the textural dress was dramatic enough.

Fred Leighton jewels, a wavy bob, and watermelon-pink lip contributed a fresh, girly finish.
