Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Between premieres, parties and BAFTA tributes, there were a few good men who took to the red carpet this week.

Zac Efron: The first of two Zac Efron looks came at the London premiere of ‘We Are Your Friends’ alongside his gorgeous co-star Emily Ratajkowski. While she went glam in David Koma, he opted for a cool laidback look featutring a Lanvin bomber jacket injected with masculine charisma via the leather patches. I’m really thankfully he didn’t wear sneakers with this look.

Zayn Malik: Style wise Zayn is very much the man of the moment. He was looking as handsome as ever headed to Kylie Jenner’s birthday party in LA this week, wearing a Louis Vuitton camo bomber jacket paired with skinny jeans and simple tee to ensure the look stayed cool and stylish.

Armie Hammer: The actor wore a sharply tailored Thom Sweeney suit to the Toronto premiere of ‘The Man From U.N.C.L.E.’ alongside co-stars Alicia Vikander and Elizabeth Debicki . With the polka dot shirt buttoned up the way it is, the look has me feeling like something is missing; namely, a tie.

Greta Gerwig In Carven - BBC Radio 1 Studios

Greta Gerwig was spotted arriving the BBC Radio 1 Studios on Monday (August 3) in London, England, where she was promoting her new movie, ‘Mistress America’.

The actress was in full bloom donning a Carven Fall 2015 colourful 60s style dress which brings floral prints to new heights with a vibrant orange, yellow and purple hues.

Achingly cool, the dress which possesses plenty of fearless spirit, was simple styled with black suede flats.

Solange Knowles’ Paris Fashion Week Style

Solange Knowles' Paris Fashion Week Style

Solange Knowles continues to be a firm fixture in the front row during Paris Fashion Week, with yesterday (March 5) being a very busy day and night.

Carven: She started off her day heading to the Carven Fall 2015 show where she wore a red look from the brand’s Pre-Fall 2015 collection styled with Malone Souliers ‘Montana’ lace sandals and a box clutch in the same mink hue. I think the fur coat with the knit sweater were overkill – it’s not that cold in Paris – plus I think the look would’ve been chicer without the overcoat.

Balmain: Next up was Balmain, where the singer opted for classic black and white. I love the edge given to her look via the cape top, but I’m not a fan of those brown accents on her clutch.

Anna Kendrick In Carven – Late Show with David Letterman

Anna Kendrick In Carven - Late Show with David Letterman

Anna Kendrick was spotted outside the Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday (December 16) in New York City prior to her guest appearance on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ where she continued to promote her new movie, ‘Into The Woods’.

The actress wore mostly black, donning a Carven Resort 2015 LBD that combines statement cut-away detailing with a sweet fit-and-flare dress to striking effect.

For a split second I wasn’t a fan of the Christian Louboutin ‘Corsita’ shoe-booties, but the mimic cut-out and dual colour inject some fun and vitality into her look.

You can buy Anna’s Christian Louboutin Corsita Cutout Ankle Boots from Neiman Marcus.

Kiernan Shipka In Giambattisa Valli - BAFTA Los Angeles TV Tea Party & Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

Kiernan Shipka had a busy Saturday (August 23) evening starting at the BAFTA Los Angeles TV Tea Party before moving onto the Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration.

BAFTA Los Angeles TV Tea Party: The ‘Mad Men’ actress wore a pretty Giambattisa Valli Resort 2015 strapless dress accented with a yellow and black grosgrain waistband and enriched with sunshine yellow embroidery which adds dimension and romantic allure to this classically ladylike frock. Black Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and a gold clutch rounded out her look.

Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration: Darkening the mood for her second outing, the actress wore a midnight-blue playful Carven design defined by a voluminous flared skirt. Metallic silver pumps and a Lee Savage clutch provided the finishing touches.

No surprises that I am instantly drawn to the first look.

Elisabeth Moss In Carven, McQ Alexander McQueen & David Koma – ‘The One I Love’ New York Promo Tour

Elisabeth Moss In Carven, McQ Alexander McQueen & David Koma - 'The One I Love' New York Promo Tour

The last two days have been busy ones for Elisabeth Moss, who has been in New York City promoting her new movie, ‘The One I Love’.

‘Watch What Happens Live': On Tuesday she wore a Carven Pre-Fall 2014 dress in a rich red hue designed for a structured cut with short sleeves and an A-line skirt. She accessorised her girlie frock with attitude, opting for white python Rupert Sanderson ‘Yves’ pumps.

Monday’s Screening: Later on that evening she attended the screening, opting for a coral pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps which matched the vibrancy of her floral-print body-con McQ Alexander McQueen dress. Letting her honey-coloured hair down on this occasion, she completed the look with a red pout.

Tuesday’s Screening: For the second screening, which appeared to be a more dressy affair, the actress wore a David Koma black and blue halter dress in yet another body-con silhouette, styled with a black cuff and black Casadei pumps.

I really love the David Koma dress of the three for being uber-sexy and modern.
