Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Sinupret For Kids at LA Shorts Festival, Hollywood

Scarlett Johansson channels her inner Jean Harlow looking divine wearing a cream Prada dress with nude heels.

I love how the dress nips her in at the waist and the details on the shoulders.

I’m still desperately missing her as a blonde, but I guess this colour is for her “Iron Man 2″ role.

“G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra” Berlin Photocall

It appears Mother Nature has declared war on Sienna Miller.

Firstly she got wet at the G.I. Joe London photocall. This time it rained during the Berlin photocall.

She just can’t catch a break.

Her Dries van Noten tapered pants are very similar to the Loewe ones she wore recently.   But on this occasion she opts for a simple KAIN Label grey pocket tank, a leopard print scarf with Chloe heels and still looks fabulous.

How does she do it?

An Evening With Dita Von Teese And Special Guests, Hollywood

Whether she’s wearing Couture or a long polka dot Moschino gown, Dita von Teese always gives us 100% perfection.

Those pouty red lips against her porcelain skin is very much her trademark look. Seeing her with any other colour lipstick would totally shock me.

106 and Park at BET Studios, New York

Mariah Carey proves she’s not all gowns and cleavage as she wore denim capri pants and a simple black tee for her TV appearance.

OK it’s not her best look, but just check out her Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Are you drooling yet?  I bet Beyonce is.

“Jennifer’s Body” Comic-Con Party, San Diego

Urgh…Megan Fox started off so well promoting Transformers.

This Gothic vibe really doesn’t work for me.

So many of you said that she was a passing phase and that phase appears to be officially o.v.e.r.

“The Wendy Williams Show”, New York

Jordin Sparks continues to promote her new album “Battlefield”.

Leaving the “Wendy Williams show” she looked adorable flashing her trademark megawatt smile whilst wearing a hot pink Bebe studded Trapunto strapless embellished top with a black satin skirt and silver strappy sandals.

“L.A. Candy” Book Signing, LA

Returning to her natural roots Lauren Conrad signed copies of her book “L.A. Candy” By Lauren Conrad for fans at the Grove yesterday.

Sporting a familiar hairstyle the former ‘Hills’ star wore a satin black mini-skirt, black Louboutin’s and a tie dyed batwing sleeved blouse.

It is me or does Lauren seem sincerely happy?  I guess not having to film the Hills is a welcome relief for her.

Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen Premiere, Sydney

Isabel Lucas split from her co-stars to promote “Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen” in Australia this week.

Whilst Megan Fox was dazzling the crowd in a bright fuschia pink Armani Privé dress, the Australian actress opted for a black embroidered Marchesa Fall 2009 jumpsuit.

Eh??? Jumpsuit I hear you say. Surprisingly this is a jumpsuit or a playsuit as I like to call the short versions.

On Isabel it’s hard to appreciate the embroidered detail because her playsuit has a black lining the runway version doesn’t have.

Tights, Jimmy Choo Tahiti glitter peep-toe pumps and a black headband completed the look.

Headbands will never been the same after Paris Hilton overused them during Cannes Film Festival.

‘Coco Avant Chanel’ Australian Premiere

Lara Bingle opted for one piece from the Chanel Fall 2009 collection to attend this premiere.

Her black bouclé jacket had white and black ruffled cuff detail, but thankfully not the white collar.

I don’t think the collar would have worked with her casual look of jeans and YSL ankle boots.

Carol’s Daughter Hand And Foot Spa, New York

Rihanna attended this opening wearing a very smart ensemble.

She teamed a sexy figure hugging slate grey A.L.C Twisty dress with a tailored Preen Hawk wool blazer and cute polka dot peep-toe heels.

It’s such a shame her wild hair is such a distraction from all that’s good about this look.

“Late Show With David Letterman”, New York

Jada Pinkett-Smith looked outstanding wearing a figure-hugging khaki Dolce & Gabbana strapless bustier dress with metallic skyscraper heels.

Jada’s body looks amazing and this dress full appreciates her stunning figure.

It looks like she has eased up on the weights which I’m very thankful for.

Celebration Dinner Honoring 2009 Los Angeles Film Festival Keyote Films, LA

Here’s another Dolce & Gabbana dress, this time it black and worn by Scarlett Johansson.

I love the ruched detail which runs down the front of her fitted dress and the cute puffy shoulders.

Gold satin peep toe pumps complete the look.

Hopefully we’ll see her wearing more colourful dresses in the future.

“Bruno” Paris Premiere

For some reason Isla Fisher’s reminds me of a mermaid in her strapless sea-green embellished Julien McDonald dress.

I think this is one of her worst ever red carpet looks.

The dress is looks like something you could pick up in a market plus her hair and make-up are just awful. Hugely disappointed in her.

Eva Herzigova was the only one on this red carpet to opt for colour.

The supermodel evoked pure glamour in her red satin, strapless puffball Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2009 dress. This dress was presented in a black longer version, but I much prefer this look on Eva.

There’s something about a fur stole that instantly completes and perfects a look, but the tights are really annoying. This can be forgiven, as it was cold and rainy in London last night.

As lovely as Thandie Newton looks in this Preen Fall 2009 dress, my first thought was that I had seen her in this dress before.

Then I realize that it’s the hair that’s so familiar. Looking back on her photo archive, and her many red carpet appearances, you have to go back to September 2008 to see a different style, which is a shame, because I love her hair down.

Back to her black satin dress. I love the lace panels, which give her a bit of an edge without begin too revealing. I love how she always supports British labels.

Scarlett Johansson is gorgeous and buxom wearing this lace vintage Givenchy LBD, with satin champagne Louboutin’s.

She constantly gives us that old Hollywood look, which fits her so well.

We have been seeing a lot of Jacquetta Wheeler on the red carpet lately, and she’s like a breath of fresh air.

She always looks so statuesque and fresh faced.

Last night with gold strappy sandals she wore a RM by Roland Mouret Apollinaire taffeta gown.

The black full length one shoulder gown has a fishtail skirt, and a large slit to elegantly show-off a bit of leg.

With her nude t-bar Louboutin’s, Rachel Stevens wore a black strapless harem pants jumpsuit.

A bit more colour was added to her look, with a gold rope belt and a ivory clutch with gold detailing.

In Carine Roitfeld’s Revealed documentary, the editor of Vogue Paris was seen with her team discussing the next Vogue Paris’ cover with several options of Scarlett Johansson.

It was safe to assume the picture above had made the cover, because it got the most air time.

Well the picture above made the cover. It’s not surprisingly the sexiest picture. We discovered from the documentary how much Carine loves curves, so it’s no surprise that Scarlett Johansson is on the cover.

During the documentary, Carine was styling a shoot for the same issue. Above is the full editorial, which was shot by Patrick Demarchelier.

Eva Herzigova is the only one to really stand out at this event, because her Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2009 corset dress, is so different from her previous look earlier yesterday.

I really hated this dress on the runway, because it looked so bulky, but Eva rocks it.

Eva Mendes opted for a red Dolce & Gabbana dress, which was accented with the rosette belt, sans jewels.

She could have really sparkled at this night time event with some added bling.

Fredia Pinto also disappointed in a Dolce & Gabbana pink mini dress with a jeweled rosette belt. That’s because it was very similar to the dress she had worn earlier in the day.

Even the shoes are the same.

I love Kate Hudson’s golden sparkling ensemble, even the cape. But the hair is too mumsy for this look imo.

New mum Naomi Watts looked the most relaxed at this event, wearing a Helmet Lang-esqe suit, with a ruffled collared blouse.

I love the cropped tapered pants, and the turned up sleeves.

Scarlett Johansson continues to slip for me. Although her body looks amazing in this grey animal print dress, she lacks any spark.

Elsa Pataky’s black strapless mini dress with gold embroidery is gorgeous, and her platforms compliment the dress really well, but I am not crazy about her bouffant.

German model Nadja Auermann wore a satin maroon Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2009 dress with black floral paillettes covering the dress. Those paillettes were accentuated with ivory pearls.

This is a truly stunning creation. There is a lot going on but Nadja wears it so well.

Her fellow German model Claudia Schiffer also wore a dress from Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2009 collection, but hers was considerably quieter than Nadja’s, but Claudia was equally beautiful.

Miuccia Prada walked the red carpet in her own Fall 2009 collection as you would expect.

This look in very Maximus -Russell Crowe- in Gladiator.
