Worst Dressed Award
The second I saw Elizabeth Moss I wondered why she would wear an asymmetrical gown with that stunning necklace.

But it appears that the jeweled neckline is built into her Grecian inspired Reem Acra taupe gown.

Between the creases and the draping I just couldn’t love this gown.

Tried To Love It, But Couldn’t Award
I loved this Bottega Veneta Fall 2009 gown on the runway, but I don’t think it works on Leighton Meester at all.

She’s normally edgy on the red carpet, and I agree this is not the place to go edgy but I was just bored by her look, and she looked really bored on the red carpet too.

The only thing I like here is her Bottega Veneta clutch, as her hair and make-up is pretty awful too.

Most Disappointing Award
Kyra Sedgwick is always stunning on the red carpet, but I found it very difficult to love this L’Wren Scott Spring 2010 pink dress.

Kyra and L’Wren Scott often work very well together, but I really didn’t like the pink, nor the embellishments.

It felt too cutesy for a grown woman.

Should’ve Worn A Gown Award
Nothing appealed to me with regards to Mary Louise Parker dress.

Firstly I would’ve preferred her in a gown. Secondly I don’t like the bow on the hip and lastly the two-tone purple is hideous.

Worst Dressed Runner-Up Award
Padma Lakshmi was so close to being voted worst dressed. I just hated that red floral detail on the hip.

It was so unnecessary. Despite that it was a pretty boring Badgley Mischka gown anyway.

Least Flattering Award
I would be surprised if Sarah Silverman ever makes it onto the Best Dressed list, but this gown had great potential.

It’s a great colour on her, but the gown adds at least 15ins to each side of her hips.

How is this a good thing?

Pukey Pink Award
What’s with all the pukey pink gowns on the red carpet.

I know it’s a fresh summer time colour, but I really didn’t think it looked good on Toni Collette.

She is usually one to watch on the red carpet, but the look fails to impress me.

The Huffington Post Pre-Inaugural Ball

Hayden Panettiere wore a light two-tone pastel coloured Monique Lhuillier Spring 2009 strapless chiffon gown.

I am not sure what up with Hayden and strapless gowns, but they always seem to squash her boobs.

The colour of the gown is amazing and flatters her skin tone. She completed the look with a slick updo.

RIAA and Feeding America Inauguration Charity Ball

I don’t even know what this is? An preview of Rihanna’s 2009 Halloween costume perhaps?

What a mess.

Her Jasmine Di Milo Fall 2007 dress, looked much better on the runway.

Speaking of a mess, Courteney Cox arrived wearing a black suit, with a leather trim.

I’m thinking she went to her attic and rummage through the box that said ’80s Clothes To Be Thrown Away’.

Sadly she never got round to it.

Alicia Witt was the only shining light on a red carpet of hideousness, as he stepped out looking delightful wearing a two tone Malandrino Resort 2009 dress, which had a multi-coloured cummerbund of pailette.

She completed her look with her hair teased up in a loose updo, and a gold box clutch.

Mid Atlantic Ball

Jennifer Lopez wore a mint green one shouldered Marchesa gown when she performed at this event. It looks white under the house lights, but I assure you from other pictures it is mint green.

The dress is truly stunning with lace panels on the sides.

Jennifer has been wearing a lot of Marchesa lately, like she did when the brand first launched. It suits her so well.

Neighborhood Inaugural Ball

Singer Faith Hill wore a gorgeous black tiered Carolina Herrera Spring 2009 gown, with ruffled detailing.

Mariah Carey stuffed herself into this black velvet and lace Dolce & Gabbana off-the-shoulder gown.

Would it really hurt her to go up a size?

The Creative Coalition’s 2009 Inaugural Ball

Kerry Washington premiered a new do, as her hair was pulled back, with sweeping bangs.

The actress looked gorgeous in her couture, navy blue tulle Georges Chakra gown. The gown sparkled with Swarovski crystals.

Artist Making an Impact Pre-Inaugural Dinner

Sarah Silverman like to act the fool on the red carpet, but for once she looked really good wearing a beautiful Pamella Roland red chiffon halter gown. She scrubs up nice, when she wants to.

“Late Show with David Letterman”, New York

Debra Messing is so beautiful with her flame hair and megawatt smile.

Her green dotted strapless Diane von Furstenberg dress was the perfect choice for her, unfortunately her bra lets her down, by peeking over her dress. She completed her look with gold heels.

She arrived wearing a bronze biker jacket, which she thankfully took off.

70th Anniversary of Bowlmor Lanes Hosted by Michael Phelps, New York

Yesterday I was talking about how the Obama’s and fashion go hand-in-hand, so Aubrey O’Day just goes and takes it to the next level with this ridiculous t-shirt, which of course she is wearing as a mini dress.

How old is Aubrey? I ask because it looks like she has grey roots.

Selita Ebanks still looks stunning despite wearing a charcoal grey turtleneck and brown leggings.

She completes her look with Christian Louboutin ankle booties.

“A Man For All Seasons” Broadway Opening Night – Curtain Call, New York

Since the Sex And The City movie, Cynthia Nixon has made more of an effort with what she wears. I think Francisco Costa has taken her under his wing, because she has been wearing a lot of Calvin Klein lately.

She arrived with her former co-star Chris Noth is wearing a Calvin Klein Resort 2009 ensemble, which consisted of a cream wrap cardigan and a satin crinkled skirt, which she wore with bronze shoes and a tweed coat.

Project A.L.S. 11th Annual “Tomorrow is Tonight” Benefit Gala, New York

Funny girl Sarah Silverman loves a bit of puff on her skirt, so it no wonder she wore this black strapless Betsey Johnson Spring 2008 belted dress, with a fuschia tulle underskirt.

Chloë Sevigny is looking fabulously chic in blue sequined Preen Fall 2008 dress.

The eye catching dress has a detailed double layered bodice, and a gathered hem.

The actress completed her look with a gold clutch, and a pair of navy pumps.

Perfect as always.

Disney actress Ashley Tisdale looked very cute in her beaded Collette Dinnigan flapper-esqe dress, which she wore with matching strappy Stuart Weitzman heels, and a Mary Norton clutch.

I love the softly smoldering eye make-up.

Fellow Disney star Monique Coleman opted for this ruched strapless BCBG Max Azria dress, which has a contrasting crisscross bodice with sweetheart neck line.

I would not have picked this dress for Monique, but she makes it work.

I love her blue and diamante strappy Giuseppe Zanotti jewel drop sandals.

With her elegant updo, Sarah Chalke arrived on the red carpet looking stunning in her navy and white Monique Lhuillier Resort 2009 halter gown.

The actress accessorized with drop earrings and a silver clutch.

I love her make up. Flawless.

Lisa Edelstein also opted for an updo to show off her gorgeous chocolate sequined Pamella Roland Fall 2008 halter gown, with floral embroidery.

From the long shot, it looks like the embroidered part has a sheer panel.

Dancer Julianne Hough wore this white tiered BCBG Max Azria gown, which has a contrasting black rose appliqué on the empire waist.

She compliments the black rose, with a black satin clutch and a black pair of strappy sandals.

Sarah Silverman is very inconsistent on the red carpet. Sometimes it jeans and a blouse, sometimes it is a sexy D&G dress, but on this occasion she wanted to have fun, so she wore an ivory frilly dress.

Whether this was Sarah showing off her funny side or her feminine side, only she knows.

She completed her look with a cropped cardigan, backward heeled shoes and a Mary Norton clutch.

I am torn on Kaycee Stroh’s dress. I like that it is not a plain black dress, but I also feel that the embellishments are a little too much on the bodice.

This is the dress that refuses to die.

Just when I thought -HOPED – we had seen the last of this Alice + Olivia silk tunic dress with a silver beaded trim, Alice + Olivia bring it out again – in navy.

It was bad enough that I have to see this dress back on the red carpet in 2008, but it is also worn by that skank Paris Hilton.

As much as I dislike her, I am kinda diggin’ the navy. (hating myself)

This dress is available on Net-A-Porter.com for only $490/£360. Just don’t tell any celebrities.

I hope that Paris wearing this dress, will be the final nail in its coffin.

We have had many popular celebrity dresses.

The Tory Burch black sequined dress was the most popular, as it was worn by six celebrities.

The Juicy Couture dress was worn by five celebrities, with Mishca Barton loving the dress so much she brought it in two colours.

Now we have the Alice + Olivia Beaded Tunic dress.

Jenny McCarthy hosted a party at PURE Nightclub and teamed her dress with silver heels.

Sarah Silverman wore her dress to the Maxim Oasis VMA Party with tights and black heels.

Golden Brooks wore her dress to the LA Confidential Magazine Pre-Emmy Party with her YSL Tribute pumps.

Amanda Bynes wore her dress to the Hollywood Film Festival Awards with black suede shoes and a black clutch.

I choose Jenny McCarthy.

It is a nice dress, but hopefully this is the last we see of it on the red carpet.

Update: Oops had to change the poll.
