Rosamund Pike In Antonio Berardi – Wimbledon Championships

Rosamund Pike In Antonio Berardi - Wimbledon Championships

Rosamund Pike attended the Wimbledon Women’s final on Saturday (July 11) in London, England.

The British actress wore an Antonio Berardi Resort 2016 ensemble made up of a scallop edge shirt and A-line mini skirt.

I wasn’t surprised she selected this look, as Rosamund continues to favour this trapeze shape she relied upon heavily while pregnant during her ‘Gone Girl’ promo tour.

This summery look couldn’t have been a more appropriate for the occasion with the loafers adding a spring to her step while the Mulberry ‘Cara Delevingne’ camo bag prevented the look from feeling too one-note.

Rosamund Pike In Erdem & Givenchy – ‘Gone Girl’ Press Conference & Shanghai International Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Rosamund Pike In Erdem & Givenchy - 'Gone Girl' Press Conference & Shanghai International Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Rosamund Pike is still in Shanghai where she is continuing to promote her smash-hit movie, ‘Gone Girl’.

Gone Girl’ Press Conference: On Saturday (June 20) the British actress attended the press conference opting to spring way forward wearing a look from Erdem’s Resort 2016 collection. I love this fresh take on femininity, with this polished shirt dress meeting the highest echelons of modern-luxe sensibility.

Shanghai International Film Festival: I’m thankful Rosamund opted for the white version of this Givenchy Fall 2015 dress which she wore with matching Givenchy suede leather sandals to the Shanghai International Film Festival on Sunday (June 21). I love how the delicate lace ruffles adds to the vintage charm bringing back classic romanticism to her red carpet look.

Rosamund Pike In Antonio Berardi - 'Gone Girl' Shanghai International Film Festival Premiere

Rosamund Pike attended the ‘Gone Girl’ premiere during the 18th Shanghai International Film Festival on Wednesday (June 17) in Shanghai, China.

When the British actress started her promo tour for this movie she was pregnant, so she heavily relied upon trapeze-style dresses to conceal her bump.

She has since had her baby, yet the style of dresses for this promo tour remains the same.

On this occasion she wore a light-pink Antonio Berardi Spring 2015 frock with an asymmetrical hem styled with Givenchy sandals.

While the look is summer-appropriate, simple, elegant and breezy, the déjà vu element is slightly fatiguing.

“If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” or does Rosamund need to switch things up?

Rosamund Pike In Alexander McQueen – ‘What We Did On Our Holiday’ Madrid Photocall & ‘El Hormiguero’ Show

Rosamund Pike In Alexander McQueen - 'What We Did On Our Holiday' Madrid Photocall & 'El Hormiguero' Show

Rosamund Pike attended the ‘What We Did On Our Holiday’ photocall and made an appearance on ‘El Hormiguero’ show, both on Thursday (April 30) in Madrid, Spain, which necessitated two separate ensembles.

Madrid Photocall: At the Intercontinental Hotel, the actress posed in an Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2015 blue embroidered dress with a charming fit-and-flare silhouette. The ankle-wrap platform sandals really elevated the look for a chicly fun finish.

‘El Hormiguero’ Show
: Donning another McQueen frock, this one from the Spring 2015 collection, Rosamund wore the punchy, floral-printed piece with black sandals.

I gravitate towards the first look for the shoes and the second for its artsy, graphic appeal. Which little dress was your favourite?

Best Dressed Of The Week – Diane Kruger In Donna Karan Atelier & Rosamund Pike In Givenchy Couture

BDOTW 2 march

Red was the colour of the week as the majority of our favourites donned the colour on Oscar night.

Emma Stone’s 100% record of winning best dressed polls was finally broken by the one and only Diane Kruger, who took our breath away in a crimson Donna Karan Atelier jumpsuit.

After a truly lacklustre awards season, Rosamund Pike finally gave us something to smile about on Oscar night, wearing a stunning Givenchy Couture gown. Had she been an Olympic hurdler, this would’ve been her jumping the final hurdle before crossing the finishing line having knocked over all of the previous hurdles.

With Eddie Redmayne suppressing his love for colour and patterns this awards season, my favourite by far was David Oyelowo for standing out in his bold red Dolce & Gabbana, while you went for the classic elegance of the dashing Chris Pine.
