Harvard Foundation Honors Rihanna (In Monse) As Humanitarian Of The Year

Rihanna received the 2017 Harvard University Humanitarian of the Year Award at Harvard University’s Sanders Theatre on Tuesday (February 28) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I love how Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia Monse-tized a classic herringbone dress adding their off-the-shoulder signature and heightening the sex appeal with a side slit.

Now, I realize this isn’t the best shot of Rihanna, but I’m going to go with my gut and say this doesn’t appear to have translate too well.

For the event where she was mostly seated, perhaps there wasn’t enough time to smooth out the dress while collecting her award.

Matching herringbone boots and a lady-like Dior bag completed her look.

Rihanna In Armani Privé – 2017 Grammy Awards

After attending the Roc Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch yesterday, Rihanna was back in action at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

No head was left un-turned when she whooshed onto the red carpet in a custom Armani Privé gown.

The shiny orange crop top was obviously designed specifically to show off her ink, and somehow it worked with the over-the-top drama of the black ball skirt’s undulating waves.

It’s clearly a look only the likes of RiRi could pull off, styling it with a smattering of sparkling Chopard jewels and flowing, romantic waves.

Whether you love it or loathe it, this entrance is what the Grammys are all about—all-out glam mixed with daring edge. I actually found myself warming up to its punk princess spirit.

Rihanna In Delpozo – 2017 Roc Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch

Rihanna was at the 2017 Roc Nation Pre-GRAMMY Brunch on Saturday (February 11) in LA.

Her Delpozo Spring 2017 ensemble certainly made a bold statement as it played with proportions in the cropped mullet top and the trousers that were nipped in at the waist and fuller through the thigh.

While there’s a lot going on with the look, my eye immediately went to the pants because (a) they’re bright white, and (b) they fell victim to a number of creases that compromised their silhouette.

Rihanna In Christian Dior Couture – The Clara Lionel Foundation 2nd Annual Diamond Ball

Rihanna In Christian Dior Couture - The Clara Lionel Foundation 2nd Annual Diamond Ball

Rihanna hosted The Clara Lionel Foundation on Thursday (December 10) in Santa Monica, California.

I was going to open by saying that I am surprised that this is Dior Couture, but then I thought back to Jennifer Lawrence’s ‘Hunger Games’ tour which carried the same sense of disappointment.

I think this look had potential, but there is just too much fabric and not enough finesse.

Thanks to those who have informed me that Rihanna’s Christian Dior Couture look is from the 1950s.

I knew it had potential.

Rihanna In Marques’Almeida – The Voice

Rihanna In Marques’Almeida - The Voice

Rihanna’s guest appearance on ‘The Voice’ will mark the beginning of the knockout rounds when her episode airs on October 26.

The singer wore a look by the masters of elevated denim and artful fraying: Marques’Almeida.

Yes, it’s just a bustier and cropped jeans, yet this look oozes a contemporary cool aesthetic, especially when styled with a selection of her favourite jewels and Manolo Blahnik Chao sandals with a pearly ankle strap.

Rihanna In Christian Dior – Christian Dior Spring 2016 Front Row, Out In Paris & Vogue 95th Anniversary Party

Rihanna In Christian Dior - Christian Dior Spring 2016 Front Row, Out In Paris & Vogue 95th Anniversary Party

Rihanna had a busy time in Paris this weekend; fulfilling her Dior ambassadorial duties, shopping, sight-seeing and attending Vogue’s anniversary party.

Christian Dior Spring 2016 Front Row: I have to say I was blown away by Rihanna in this Dior Couture pale salmon neoprene coat – which is a surprised as I wasn’t too enamoured by it on the runway. Proving perhaps that Rihanna can sell Dior to me. Styled with Dior accessories, the look was so chic and fashion forward.

Dior Boutique: Making her way to the Dior boutique in Paris, the singer wore a head-to-toe Dior look which had me saying, “there is just too much going on”.
