Rachel Weisz In Bottega Veneta – ‘The Deep Blue Sea’ New York Screening

Rachel Weisz In Bottega Veneta - 'The Deep Blue Sea' New York Screening

Rachel Weisz is having a busy start to 2013, attending her second event in as many days.

Last night she promoted her latest movie, ‘The Deep Blue Sea’, with a screening at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York City.

Dressed in a look from the Bottega Veneta Spring 2013 collection, this the second dress from this collection to take to the red carpet yesterday evening.

Her pretty terracotta daisy-print dress has a daytime/photocall feel to it, but this was a screening rather than a big-budget premiere.

I love her burgundy Charlotte Olympia ‘Dolly’ platform pumps and green Smythson ‘Mara’ clutch as they both give her Spring frock an autumnal vibe.

Rich dark wavy tresses and neutral makeup completed her look.

Rachel Weisz In Prada – 2012 New York Film Critics Circle Awards

Rachel Weisz In Prada - 2012 New York Film Critics Circle Awards

Rachel Weisz walked the red carpet solo for the 2012 New York Film Critics Circle Awards held at Crimson in New York City yesterday evening.

The British actress wore a Prada Spring 2013 black satin dress with a floral embroidered placket and black-and-red silk circular stitched appliqués.

Red Charlotte Olympia satin pumps and a black Jimmy Choo ‘Candy’ clutch kept the black-and-red theme going, with red nails and lips adding more vibrant pops of colour to the look.

A simple updo completed her look.

Some of you have expressed that you are not a fan of the Prada Spring 2013 collection, so how does this look fare on Rachel?

Best Plus One 2012 – Rachel Weisz

Rachel Weisz was your Best Dressed Plus One for 2012.

The British actress did have her own movies to promote this year, including ‘The Deep Blue Sea’ and ‘The Bourne Legacy’, but she also provided the arm candy for Daniel’s blockbuster ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’ and ‘Skyfall’ movie premieres.

This by no means suggests she played second fiddle to her husband Daniel Craig, as hard as she tried to fade into the background.

She was stunning in Alexander McQueen and even from the side view she was breathtaking in Chanel Couture.

Never has a side view red carpet look won BDOTW; that is how major that look was.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Rachel Weisz In Chanel Couture & Kelly Reilly In Naeem Khan

Even though we only got a view from the side, Rachel Weisz still wowed us wearing a Chanel Couture pale pink gown to Daniel Craig’s (her husband) ‘Skyfall’ Royal premiere.

Her attempts to blend in the background and try to go unnoticed failed as you crowned her best dressed of the week.

My favourite this week was Kelly Reilly in Naeem Khan. This is the second time I have featured the beautiful actress on my site, and this is her second win. That’s some record.

Between her stunning beaded gown, elegant poise and flawless makeup, what’s not to love?

Rachel Weisz In Chanel Couture – ‘Skyfall’ Royal Premiere

Rachel Weisz didn’t take to the red carpet last night for the ‘Skyfall’ royal world premiere at the Royal Albert Hall, but she was spotted inside the venue.

We see her behind Daniel Craig as he greets Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall (looking amazing in purple velvet).

Rachel looked divine wearing a Chanel Fall 2012 gown.

Her pale pink gown with cut-outs and embellished details at the waist is one of her best looks of recent times.

I wish she’d delighted us by stepping onto the red carpet, but I guess this will have to suffice.

A simple braided updo and silver jewels completed her look.
