Nieves Alvarez In Zuhair Murad – Sony Xperia Mobile Event

Our favourite Spanish star Nieves Alvarez was back on the red carpet last night in Madrid, Spain, where she hosted the new Sony Xperia Mobile event.

Dressed in another LBD, the Solo Moda host wore a sexy Zuhair Murad Resort 2013 frock.

The asymmetrical dress features one lace sleeve, plus a lace panel on the skirt.

Her dress sense always amazes me, but she always takes things to another level when it comes to the styling.

Coral Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle Spikes’ pumps, a Michael Kors clutch and Yanes jewels completed her look.

I can overlook the mixing of metals – as you know, this is my pet-peeve – because she looks so damn gorgeous.

I’m now struggling to pick my favourite look from Nieves this week. This Zuhair Murad dress or the Andrew Gn dress?

Nieves Alvarez In Andrew Gn – Maserati Launch Event

Nieves Alvarez hosted an event to launch the new Maserati in Madrid, Spain on Thursday evening.

Looking effortlessly chic as always, the Solo Moda host wore an Andrew Gn Spring 2013 dress.

Her ladylike black-and-white (on-trend) dress with asymmetrical cuts was styled with a matching Bvlgari clutch and the same Christian Louboutin ‘Au Hameau’ slingbacks I wore on Oscar night in black.

Opting for a dark manicure and hot-pink lips, the beautiful host completed her look with Bvlgari jewels and side-swept tresses.

I can’t help but be totally captivated by Nieves’ simple yet striking look.

Nieves Alvarez In Vicky Martín Berrocal & Bally – Solo Moda

While I’m still dreaming of Nieves Alvarez’s Stéphane Rolland Couture gown at the recent 2013 Goya Cinema Awards, the Solo Moda host has since changed dresses. She flaunted her fashion prowess last weekend with a range of frocks from Vicky Martín Berrocal and Bally.

On Saturday’s show, the TV host modeled looks from the Vicky Martín Berrocal Spring 2013 collection, paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and a side braid.

First, Nieves added a touch of flamenco flair—on her sleeve—with a melon-coloured dress and matching peep-toe pumps. The necklace had no place on this body-skimming look.

Nieves’ next monochromatic exit wasn’t boring thanks to a long art deco-like pendant necklace and her bold red lip, not to mention those creatively embellished shoes. This may be the only time that funny pair could work.

She finished out her Saturday run by playing the lady in red with this slim-fit silhouette. The contoured piping provided a nice edge, while those quirky blue and yellow t-strap blunt-toe pumps brought a retro charm to the look—even if they were completely unmatched to the dress.

No one should be surprised that Nieves Alvarez won best dressed this week wearing her amazing Stéphane Rolland Couture gown. It was a forgone conclusion.

For the men, you picked Justin Timberlake in his classic Tom Ford suit, while I loved Labrinth in his more adventurous Dent de Man printed suit.

Nieves Alvarez In Stéphane Rolland Couture – 2013 Goya Cinema Awards

Nieves Alvarez shut down the red carpet on Sunday evening at the 2013 Goya Cinema Awards held at Centro de Congresos Principe Felipe in Madrid, Spain.

As you know, I’m a huge fan of Stéphane Rolland’s work, despite his recent alliance with a reality TV star, so I’m delighted to see one of his artistic pieces on the red carpet.

The ‘Solo Moda’ host wore a stunning look from Stéphane Rolland’s Spring 2012 Couture collection, featuring a black long-sleeved top and an ivory skirt with soft layers and a striking red rose appliqué, accented with a gold waistband.

Working the look like only a true supermodel can, Nieves styled her look with a black Christian Louboutin clutch and silver Chopard jewels.

A red pout and a swept updo provided the finishing touches to her BDOTW-worthy look.

Nieves Alvarez In Fausto Puglisi & Stella McCartney – Solo Moda

Last Saturday, Solo Moda host, Nieves Alvarez, showed off her amazingly toned body in two very revealing dresses with side-cutouts from Fausto Puglisi’s Spring 2013 collection.

Nieves paired the baby-blue version with coral Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle’ pumps. While Louboutin’s Pigalle pumps usually add sexiness and edge to almost any outfit, here the bright hue felt a tad tacky in combination with the overtly sexy dress.

Silver metallic Jimmy Choo sandals completed the pastel-pink number, resulting in a more polished and feminine combination, but I can’t say I’m a fan of either look.

Nieves accessorized both dresses with jewels by Yanes.
