Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Natalie Portman attended the 2010 Gotham Independent Film Awards, which took place in New York City last night.

I was super excited to see her wearing my Lanvin for H&M dress.

Although we share the same asymmetrical eggplant dress with a puffy shoulder and black grosgrain waistband, we will not be styling the dress the same.

Mostly because I wish I could afford those dazzling Tiffany & Co. earrings, but also because I will not be pairing my dress with black pumps ;)

This is a cute look for Natalie who also loves wearing the mainline collection.

Natalie Portman made an appearance on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ last night to promote her new movie, “Black Swan.”

Natalie told Letterman that she had to lose a fair bit of weight for the role, “I think I lost like 20 pounds, I mean I’m 5ft 3in so it was pretty extreme. I am back at my healthy weight now, I like eating so I waited until the very end to do the diet part.”

She looked very healthy on the show glowing in a fruity lemon Valentino Resort 2011 dress.

The tiered chiffon dress with a black beaded neckline and a sash tied to the waist was paired with black patent pumps.

As always another totally adorable look from Natalie.

Natalie Portman attended the 25th Anniversary gala for FINCA International in New York City last night.

The actress attended as part of her role as their ‘Ambassador of Hope’.

As an ambassador for Dior, Natalie wore a Christian Dior dress.

Her look was ultra feminine. I love the embroidered details on the sheer overlay. It’s a cute girlie look.

I won’t pretend I love the pumps, but I guess something simple like this was appropriate for the event.

As always Natalie Portman was class personified at the Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 2nd Annual Governors Awards this weekend.

She looked gorgeous wearing a magenta Lanvin Resort 2011 gown which looks a lot like the Lanvin Spring 2010 gown worn by Juliette Binoche during Cannes Film Festival.

The difference – apart from the material – is Natalie’s silk wrap gown has a waistband and a pompom detail on the shoulder.

Stella McCartney magenta satin t-strap platform sandals which she teams with a gold embellished clutch and a simple updo completes her look.

Natalie Portman’s new movie “Black Swan” closed AFI Fest 2010 in LA last night.

The actress wore a gorgeous pink and floral Rodarte dress with a colourfully beaded waistband.

Natalie worked a super cute girl-next-door look teaming her strapless dress with a burgundy Christian Dior clutch and gold Mary Jane heels.

I thought Natalie was wearing a watch, but it’s actually a beautiful floral charm on a pink ribbon.

Perfect as always.

Natalie Portman is currently at the 2010 Toronto Film Festival promoting “Black Swan.”

The talented actress has taken a shine to Jason Wu’s Resort 2011 collection, as this is her second look from said collection.

On this occasion she wore daffodil print chiffon strapless Jason Wu Resort 2011 dress.

I’m happy to see that the dress has retained it poufyness off the runway with all those layers in the skirt.

This is a chic, understated and elegant look from Natalie.
