Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter Host A Party For Dolce & Gabbana

In London last night Net-A-Porter.com and Mr Porter.com hosted a party to celebrate Dolce & Gabbana joining the forever expanding list of brands on their virtual shelves.

Celebs donned in their finest Dolce & Gabbana treads to join in the celebrations at Net-A-Porter HQ.

Naomi Campbell: The supermodel and long-term friend of Mr Dolce and Mr Gabbana wore an animal print chiffon halter dress with black Alaia cut-out suede sandals.

Alexandra Burke: The British singer opted to wear a dark pink Dolce & Gabbana strapless lace bustier which she teamed with black lace Dolce & Gabbana peep-toes and a gold clutch. The clutch is really not working for me. Like really really not working for me.

Jamie Winstone: As you know I have a soft spot for Jamie. The British actress is never boring on the red carpet. She opted to wear a colourful Dolce & Gabbana floral print satin dress which she paired with Michael van der Ham blue devore wedges, which were worn over black socks. I was going to say that her shoe choice is shocking, but everyone else opted for black heels so I should be grateful she did something different.Read More…

Naomi Campbell In Givenchy Couture – Wedding Gala Dinner

On what has been a supremely bland weekend for fashion, Naomi Campbell has been my saving grace.

She looked stunning despite the hat at the wedding of the Charlene and Albert in Monaco wearing McQueen, but she went one step further at the Gala Dinner.

The supermodel drop-kicked the ball out of the fashion park by looking uber sexy in Givenchy Fall 2009 Couture gown.

Her halterneck ecru gown was embroidered emerald stones which she complemented with matching emerald earrings.

Naomi is the perfect face and body for Givenchy, which was captured in the brands Fall 2011 ad campaign.

Naomi Campbell In Givenchy Couture – 2011 amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS Gala

Naomi Campbell looked amazing on the red carpet at the 2011 amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS Gala during the 2011 Cannes Film Festival this evening.

Usually she takes us on a rollercoaster ride of good and bad fashion choices during Cannes, but she’s been very consistent this year.

The supermodel opted for a nude fringed gown from the Givenchy Fall 2010 Couture collection.

Her gown has an embroidered panel which isn’t as lined as the version presented on the model, plus Naomi’s gown has shorter sleeves.

I was relieved that it wasn’t one of the samey pieces we’ve seen on Liv Tyler, Beyonce Knowles and Carine Roitfeld.

I’m glad she explored other pieces from the Givenchy Couture collection.

Naomi Campbell In Azzedine Alaia – 2011 Cannes Film Festival “The Beaver” Premiere

Just like Jodie Foster, Naomi Campbell opted for her favourite designer on the red carpet at “The Beaver” Premiere during the 2011 Cannes Film Festival this evening.

The supermodel wore an Azzedine Alaia Fall 2011 gown.

Her burgundy gown with a ruffled layered skirt and scalloped edges fits her like a glove and is perfect against her silky smooth skin.

She wore her hair in a half up, half down style and accessorized with earrings which matched her stunning gown.

“Happy Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend” Chopard Event

These three leggy beauties attended the “Happy Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend” Chopard Event during the 2011 Cannes Film Festival last night.

Naomi Campbell: The supermodel wore a sexy black Emilio Pucci mini Fall 2010 dress with Sergio Rossi ‘Asteria’ sandals. She looks radiant. That smile could light up a room.

Uma Thurman: The actress continues her love affair with Dolce & Gabbana by opted to wear the same Dolce & Gabbana lace black dress and the same Giuseppe Zanotti crystal-embellished T-bar sandals she recently worn on the Jimmy Fallon show.

Bar Rafaeli: The model never met a short dress she didn’t like. On this occasion she showed Mr DiCaprio what he’s missing wearing a black and navy blue sequined Roberto Cavalli strapless mini dress. Love the dress, but those shoes are too heavy for this mini.

All the ladies wore Chopard jewels.

Naomi Campbell In Alexander McQueen – 2010 British Fashion Awards

Best Tribute Award
At the 2010 British Fashion Awards in London tonight Naomi Campbell was honoured for her influence and contribution to the fashion industry over the past 25 years.

The British Fashion Council decided to dedicate a posthumous ‘Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Design’ award to Alexander McQueen, so it was fitting that the supermodel choose to wear a custom made gown by the designer.

She arrived wearing a Dennis Basso shrug, but inside the venue she removed it to reveal the stunning embellished details on her strapless velvet gown with a sheer skirt.

No one does drama like Naomi.
