Naomi Campbell In Zac Posen - 'The Face' Australia Photo Call

Naomi Campbell has been in Australia for a while now, and it all became clear why on Saturday evening when she attended a photocall for the Australian version of ‘The Face’ held at Carriage in Sydney.

The model and executive producer of the show looked gone-with-the-wind fabulous wearing a rich Bordeaux Zac Posen Fall 2013 cowl-neck gown with a billowing cape cascading from her shoulders.

I adore this colour on Naomi. So often she sticks to a strict black, white or black-and-white colour palette, so this is really refreshing.

My only wish is that she would’ve traded in the signature lip colour for something in a deeper hue to match her gown.

Naomi Campbell In Alexander McQueen - Japanese Tea Ceremony

It seems as if Naomi Campbell has made herself at home in Australia, having made her most recent appearance at a Japanese tea ceremony in Sydney on Saturday.

The British supermodel went with her go-to designer, Alexander McQueen, for the occasion, selecting a long, puffed-sleeve white shirt, front-split black skirt, and thick black waist belt.

Everything else — hair, makeup, jewelry, and black sandals — was understated.

Given the event, I understand the conservative styling. That said, I do love the subtle Naomi touch here: she still managed to put those supermodel legs on display.

Are you bored or is it just right given the tea ceremony atmosphere?

Naomi Campbell In Roberto Cavalli - GQ Men Of The Year Awards

There seems to be a GQ Men of the Year awards in every country at the moment.

Following the Spanish event, Naomi Campbell celebrated down under at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney, Australia earlier today.

The super, who showcased her softer side when she cried for joy on the finale of the UK version of The Face last night, looked outstanding wearing a Roberto Cavalli white gown with a beaded and fringed overlay which showcases just how super her figure is.

Working the same old (and I mean old) dark lip liner with flesh-coloured lip, she added a barely visible silver necklace and a few statement rings.

Naomi has been in Aus since Derby Day at the beginning of the month.

You may remember that Paz Vega wore a part-lined version of this gown during Cannes Film Festival.

Naomi Campbell In Christian Dior - Victoria Derby Day

You could’ve knocked me down with a feather when I saw Naomi Campbell attending Victoria Derby Day at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday afternoon.

Reason being, the British supermodel was wearing neither Alaïa nor McQueen.

I’m sure Naomi has worn Christian Dior at some point, but this is the first time I can recall in recent history.

Her black-and-white houndstooth strapless pencil dress was thankfully worn without the knitted overlay; she appropriately styled her look with a chic black-and-white fascinator perched on top of her long, flowing mane, with the addition of a black choker and shades.

Naomi didn’t go completely Alaïa-less, as her black embellished cut-out heels were, of course, by the legendary designer.

Who Wore Alexander McQueen Better Naomi Watts or Naomi Campbell

Back in June, Naomi Watts wore a black leather Alexander McQueen dress with a flounced hem which she styled with a Proenza Schouler ‘Lunch’ clutch, Sergio Rossi ‘Oblo’ sandals, and a gold necklace while attending the ‘Ray Donovan’ LA premiere.

At the time, I felt that this dress wasn’t Naomi’s style. That was further compounded when Naomi Campbell wore it last month while attending a party for her reality show, ‘The Face’.

Even with those heavy Alaia booties, the dress was more in tune with her style…so Nay Nay wins for me.

Naomi Campbell and Karolina Kurkova In Roberto Cavalli - Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience

Supermodels Naomi Campbell and Karolina Kurkova celebrated the inaugural ‘Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience’; an evening of glamour which brought ‘the magic of Vogue’ to the Middle East for the first time which was hosted by Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia, Franca Sozzani.

Naomi Campbell: Giving a true masterclass on how to work the sheer trend, the model donned a Roberto Cavalli long-sleeve lace gown with leather lined laced detailing and tonal bugle embroidery.

Karolina Kurkova: Opting for a more masculine Cavalli look, the model wore pink suit with a woven, laced jacket, a snake skin print shirt and crocodile embossed pants. Tassel accents fell from her necklace and clutch while she completed her look with sexy cream strappy sandals.

Despite being polar opposites; both are quintessential Cavalli looks.

Naomi Campbell In Alexander McQueen - Sky Living After-Party

Following Sky Living’s screening of ‘The Face’, Naomi Campbell was spotted leaving the after-party held at the Green House Restaurant in London yesterday evening.

As I’ve said before, if she’s not wearing McQueen, she’s wearing Alaia, but in this case she’s wearing both.

The supermodel selected a black leather dress with a flounced hem courtesy of McQueen and black Alaia suede ankle boots which she seems to live in.

You may remember that Naomi Watts wore the same dress back in June.
