Emma Watson In A.L.C. – International Women’s Day

Emma Watson In ALC - International Women’s Day

UN Women Global Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson took part in a Q&A commemorating International Women’s Day held at the Facebook headquarters in London, England, on Sunday (March 8).

Keeping it simple, the British actress wore an A.L.C. Fall 2015 look.

I love how her cropped trousers resuscitate the culottes style with a tailored edge while the black and white check shirt escalates her outfit with insouciant elegance while keeping the look youthful and approachable.

I’m having a shoe lust day, as her Purified ankle-strap pumps instantly caught my attention.

Who Wore Lanvin Better…Emma Stone or Paloma Faith?

Who Wore Lanvin Better Emma Stone or Paloma Faith

Emma Stone wore a Lanvin Fall 2014 black strapless faux-leather dress accented with a military-style belt for the Paris premiere of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise Of Electro’ back in April.

Paloma Faith, who usually pledges her allegiance to all things Dolce & Gabbana, wore the same frock to the BBC Music Awards back in December, pairing her look with fiery red and black pumps.

I was never a fan of Emma’s ankle-strap pumps with this look, so Paloma wins for me.

Emma Watson In Misha Nonoo – 2014 British Fashion Awards

Emma Watson In Misha Nonoo - 2014 British Fashion Awards

Emma Watson was another big winner at the 2014 British Fashion Awards, as the starlet took home the British Style Icon Award on Monday (December 1).

Showing just why she nabbed the trophy, she walked the red carpet at England’s London Coliseum in a Misha Nonoo Spring 2015 white, wide-legged jumpsuit covered by an oversized (albeit style-forward) black tuxedo blazer.

The more critical among us may have immediately discounted the ensemble on the basis of that coat, but once removed, the true spirit of the look was revealed.

Emma has always been one to work the masculine-feminine angle quite well, and she does so to perfection here again with the plunge neckline contributing a sultry edge to the mannish, baggy silhouette of the pant.

A red lip and sideswept waves are all that’s needed to finish out the effortlessly chic statement, which was easily one of my favourites of the night.

Emma Watson In Balenciaga – BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards

Emma Watson In Balenciaga - BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards

Emma Watson attended the BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (October 30) in Beverly Hills, California as one of the honourees.

The British actress wore a Balenciaga Spring 2015 look marrying a delicate ivory off-the-shoulder sheer-sleeved top with an embellished trim, with mannish slim-fit trousers which also featured embellished detailing.

Her streamlined look was styled with a black box clutch, high heels and a Jennifer Fisher reverse choker, with a pop of pink applied to her lips.

I think she totally nailed this feminine look with an edgy appeal with ease.

She continues to be the one to watch on the red carpet with her modern, chic, intriguing choices.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Sarah Jessica Parker In Mary Katrantzou & Emma Watson In Christian Dior

Best Dressed Of The Week - Sarah Jessica Parker In Mary Katrantzou & Emma Watson In Christian Dior

This week was very strong fashion-wise, so I am not surprised that there was a deadlock.

You couldn’t decide between Sarah Jessica Parker and Emma Watson.

Sarah for her unique, modern take on style at the New York Ballet with her embroidered Mary Katrantzou gown; and Emma who continues to leave us in awe, presenting an event-appropriate, sophisticated, chic look in Christian Dior.

I went for Sarah for the reason above and for not over-accessorizing.
