Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Demi Moore made a welcome return to the red carpet for Variety’s 3rd Annual Power Of Women luncheon which was held in Beverly Hills on Friday night.

The actress wore a Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 fitted dress.

Her blush-coloured commercial dress had a white contrast shoulder.

I instantly recognised Demi’s snakeskin Alexandre Birman sandals, because they were on my wish list before they sold out on Net-A-Porter.

Wavy brunette locks, a blush-coloured clutch and Pomellato Tango Collection brown diamond earrings completed her look.

I was pretty floored when I saw this picture because Mrs Kutcher is not wearing her favoured head-to-toe black.

I wonder if she had to be wrestled into this look.

Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore and Alicia Keys share the cover of Glamour US October 2011 which was shot by Alexei Hay.

The stars opened up about the crucial women’s health crusade that brought them together – they directed a series of short films for Lifetime entitled ‘Five’, about women and breast cancer that show how breast cancer affects women’s lives, families and friendships – the 3 beautiful stars also dish about husbands, boyfriends, and babies.

Glamour’s October issue is available on the iPad today, and on newsstands nationwide September 6.

You can read the full story on glamour.com.

Here are some extracts from Jennifer, Demi and Alicia.

Jennifer on wanting to bring the Five project to life: “We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences’ expectation of the subject. We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence because that’s what’s helped our friends who’ve faced this get through their treatment. We wanted stories that were informative without being heavy-handed. Oh, and they needed to be brilliantly written. Other than that, our goals were small. [Laughs.]”

Jennifer on putting her feet and handprints on the Hollywood Walk of Fame: “It was a milestone in my career, which was surreal because I still think I’m at the beginning of it. I remember when they told me about the honor, I thought, Really? I’ve never lost that feeling of ‘oh God, I hope I get this job!’ I don’t want to get too used to any of this because then entitlement sets in, and that’s the kiss of death.” Read more…

Demi Moore wore her favourite colour to the Samsung Hope for Children Gala in New York City.

The actress opted for a black Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2011 v-neck dress with an embellished bodice of bugle beads and feathers.

The tea-length dress was paired with black Jimmy Choo ‘Vamp’ sandals and a metallic ombre Louis Vuitton clutch.

This is classic Demi – colour-wise – but I love it.

I also love that she did something different with her hair for a refreshing change.

It’s lighter in colour and it’s not dead straight for once.

Demi Moore opted for a super casual look whilst attending the 2011 A&E Upfront Awards in New York City last night.

She wore an Elise Overland black belted jacket with white Kimberly Ovitz tank top and red H&M satin pants from the Seaside Collection.

Whilst the hot red pants should automatically attract my attention, the stand out piece of this look for me is her Tabitha Simmons heels.

The ‘Dulcina’ black satin heels are decorated with black with glass beads.

Black footwear on Demi that I love? Now there’s a first.

Demi Moore and Serena Williams were both inspired by the Royal wedding last week, as they both wore Philip Treacy fascinators.

Demi wore a Prabal Gurung black embroidered tulle strapless gown with ostrich feathers and Swarovski Elements. Cartier jewels and a Christian Louboutin bag completed her look.

Serena Williams needs to give up trying to do the girlie thing. This feathered Oscar de la Renta strapless dress looks ridiculous with those muscles.

Do not adjust your computer screens, Demi Moore isn’t wearing black…I repeat she isn’t wearing black.

People often say that black is a slimming colour, but Demi looked very slender wearing an electric blue Vivienne Westwood dress to the 13th Annual Costumer Designers Guild Awards in LA last night.

Those of you who have been screaming for a new hairstyle from Demi will also be pleasantly surprised by her fishtail plait.

And for the rest who were hoping for 3 for 3, you will be sadly disappointed because Demi still opted for black Casadei peep-toes.

What can I say? She loves a black heel like Aniston loves black dresses and like Renee Zellweger loves Carolina Herrera.

Demi added Cartier and Dana Rebecca Designs jewels to complete her look.
