Camilla Belle In Versace – Brooks Brothers Celebrates The Launch Of Jeff Vespa’s New Book ‘The Art Of Discovery’

Camilla Belle In Versace - Brooks Brothers Celebrates The Launch Of Jeff Vespa's New Book 'The Art Of Discovery'

Camilla Belle attended the L.A. launch for Jeff Vespa’s new book ‘The Art of Discovery’ at Brooks Brothers Rodeo on Wednesday (October 23) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress was once again flawless from head to toe, wearing a colour-block Versace lavender and black fitted frock with a chiffon hemline and zipper accent.

Usually opting for more ladylike looks of the Carolina Herrera and Monique Lhuillier variety, this sexy look sees her taking the right step out of her comfort zone.

A studded black clutch and strappy sandals rounded out her look.

Camilla Belle In Carolina Herrera – RH West Hollywood The Gallery Opening

Camilla Belle In Carolina Herrera - RH West Hollywood The Gallery Opening

Camilla Belle attended the opening of RH West Hollywood The Gallery on Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, California on Wednesday (October 22).

Following her rare misstep the previous evening, Camilla dusted herself off and got back to her best, wearing a two-piece Carolina Herrera vibrant pink look featuring geometric embroidery from the Spring 2015 collection.

Ahhh… this is much more like it.

Elegant and ultra-feminine with a distinct modern vibe styled with sleek accessories including beaded pointy pumps and a metallic-gold clutch to amp up the look.

Both the sleek hair and neutral makeup are an improvement on the previous look.

I’m glad she didn’t wait too long to get back in our good graces, but it may take a while to erase that horror from my memory.

Camilla Belle In Monique Lhuillier – 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Event

Camilla Belle In Monique Lhuillier - 2014 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Event

Camilla Belle attended the 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund event hosted by Reese Witherspoon and Diane von Furstenberg at Chateau Marmont on Tuesday (October 21) in Los Angeles, California.

Usually I am a fan of everything Camilla wears; sadly, that didn’t extend to this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2015 look.

The iridescent silk voile and lavender matelassé drop-waist shirtdress layered with a black bandeau top doesn’t translate in reality, giving Camilla a strange unflattering silhouette. The look isn’t helped by the matronly hairstyle, either.

It’s a shame because the dress works on the runway, no doubt due to the model’s placement of her hands in the pockets, plus Camilla styled it so well with her Edie Parker lavender ‘Fiona’ clutch and Jimmy Choo ‘Valor’ Valor flocked mesh and suede pumps.

This is a very rare no for Camilla.

Camilla Belle In Shoshanna – 5th Annual L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade Annual Fundraiser

Camilla Belle In Shoshanna - 5th Annual LA Loves Alex's Lemonade Annual Fundraiser

Sporting new highlights, Camilla Belle attended the 5th annual ‘L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade’ annual fundraiser at Wilson Plaza, UCLA on Saturday (September 20) in Westwood, California.

We’re used to seeing Camilla in more glamorous garbs, so this laidback look is so very refreshing.

The Shoshanna ecru dress with pink embroidered details is so very charming, crafted in a fun, flirty, fit-and-flare daytime look.

Her Rebecca Minkoff ‘Bardot’ salmon, yellow and gold sandals kept the look casual, with gold jewels providing the finishing touch to her end-of-summer look.

Kate Spade Saturday Summer Solstice Party

Kate Spade Saturday Summer Solstice Party

A group of bright young things were on hand for the Kate Spade Saturday Summer Solstice Party, hosted on Saturday (June 21) at The Roof on Wilshire in Los Angeles, California. The sunny weekend spirit was alive and kicking, where the starlets were each dressed in the breezy, chic label, naturally.

Emmy Rossum: Gorgeous in periwinkle blue, Emmy matched her ankle-tie Jimmy Choo ‘Void’ pumps to her Kate Spade Saturday cutout flared dress, which contrasted strikingly with her darker raven curls. The brand’s envelope clutch in hyper pink contributed a fun punch of colour to her statement in blue.

Kiernan Shipka: Always the impeccable trendsetter, the young starlet took a monochromatic approach in her Kate Spade Saturday white tie-around peplum top, black high-waisted panel shorts and black tassel heels. She again provides us with a youthful, yet sophisticated look with a touch of edge.

Camilla Bell: Also looking radiant, Camilla wore Kate Spade Saturday’s feminine and flared seamed dress in the ‘Wavelength’ print, paired with the two-bar wide leather belt, along with the brand’s mini satchel and satin brass bangle. Would the black shoulder bag have been my initial first choice? Probably not. But it all worked, especially since she thankfully skipped a black shoe in favour of a more lighthearted wedge sandal.
