Halle Berry looks divine in this black, fishscale-esq mini dress at her ‘Perfect Stranger’ New York Premiere. You would not believe this woman was 40 years old, or in this case young….she is like a fine wine…she gets better with age.

The only let down is the hair….as Tyra Banks call it prior to Jaeda Young’s hair cut on ANTM “Mall hair”. Too prissy, too nice, so the balance of Mrs Smith (the hair) and Miss Temptress (the dress) is all wrong.

Paula Miranda also appears in this movie. This is my first viewing of her on the red carpet and I must says I am very disappointed in the suck ass dress. But on the close up I almost forgive her because she is SOOO beautiful (I said almost).

I recently went for the chop and got a Pob (Posh Bob) and I admire her for going even shorter with the pixie. She is lucky that she is beautiful enough to carry this off.

Yes Julia Stiles is not going to out do Halle Berry in the style stakes, but the girl could have made more of an effort. I would wear this to a business meeting. It is dull and not playing by the red carpet rules…GLAMOUR. But she gets points for being on the monochrome trend, and then negative points for the lack of hair and make-up.

Kerry Washington looks very cute in this monochrome outfit. I like that she looks fresh, fun and flirty and did not even attempt an upstage.

Christy Turlington is one of my 80s Supermodel idols. I once saw her at an event in Bloomingdales and got jaw-lock when my chin hit the floor because she is so stunningly beautiful, so this disappoints me.

Why turn up in a dress like this? Why not just stay a home? Yes it is cold, but LOSE the tights.

Adriana Lima fails with the tights. Are tights the new black….? Is this a trend I missed…?

Kimberly Locke….Honey you have a lot to learn about the red carpet. Rule number 1. No matter how cold leave the coat in the car. It looks like she is being strangled by a fox. I hope it is not real.

Gabriel is a model so he poses in front of the camera for a living, but he could have stopped to have a photo taken with his woman.

Ladies were out to impress at that Entourage Season 3 Premiere.

Hilary Duff arrived with her faithful plus one, her sister Haylie. This is a rare occasion in that Haylie looks slightly better than Hilary who is wearing Dolce & Gabbana.

Do you notice something that is familiar with Hilary? Yes, she is carrying the same Jimmy Choo Clutch she had at the Kids Choice Awards.

Carla Gugino is the lady in red. She looks amazing and has a fantastic figure, plus the hair is styled perfectly for her outfit, but I just wish she chose better shoes.

Mary J Blige is becoming a serious player in the style stakes these days. I am glad the tattoos are not on display here.

She is wearing nude colours for the spring, and teams her outfit with Nude YSL tribute pumps which was noted by Miss Chi Chi of Urban Hoopla as a emerging celebrity trend. These pumps have been worn by Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce Knowles and Victoria Beckham to name a few.

I am loving this outfit on Debi Mazar. I especially love the wide long pants. I recently purchased a 2 pairs after giving up on the high-waisted trouser, which do not suit me despite my longing.

Garcelle Beauvais is wearing the belt that I also own from the ‘M’ Madonna range. She looks great in the outfit, and I am glad she broke up the black with a burgundy clutch.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler is wearing this oddly shaped dress. It looks like she has a balloon under her dress. I am also HATING the shoes…they don’t work with the dress and they are about 2ins *shudders*

Emmanuelle Chriqui is as pretty as a picture. She is working this outfit in a way Jamie did not. I will look past the shoes because she looks amazing. For me I would never wear black shoes with a white dress.

Laura Prepon just doesn’t make the effort the others did.

Bonnie Somerville teams her dress with nude shoes very well.

Cameron Richardson….no honey no.

Daveigh Chase strikes a very cute pose it this empire waisted dress, with embellishments around the waist.

Mini Anden strikes a serious pose that only models can physically do.

Speaking of models, Alessandra Ambrosio was also at the event to inject some supermodel glamour in this Dolce & Gabbana baby-doll dress with a high-waisted belt. Damn her and Gisele.

It is only Tuesday and already I think we have found the best dress of the week.

Rose McGowan is A-mazing is this floor length red strapless gown. She is completely flawless, the hair, make-up, the red lips, the dress, the lack of jewels on her neck….Perfection personified.

Marley Shelton, who also stars in the film, doesn’t shine as brightly in the style stakes as Rosie. I do love this Ungaro dress, the colour and the fact that her hair is up but I don’t like her earrings.

Sydney Tamiia Poitier (Yes Sydney Poitier daughter) is beautiful, but the dress sucks. It looks like she just threw some material over her shoulder. I can not see any clear design in the dress.

Rosario Dawson has been wearing some very questionable dresses lately, but I LOVE this Donna Karen dress and her in it. I forgot how beautiful she really is. I love the colour but I wish she had chosen some better shoes.

Jordan Ladd is only 32 years old. But I feel she is too old to wear this dress. This dress is for Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie. This dress makes her look cheap in my opinion.

Everyone dressed up tonight whether good or bad apart from Eva Mendes. Now Eva is a beautiful woman and does need fancy clothes to look beautiful…but I wish she did put on a fancy dress. I am very disappointed with her lack of effort. But I do love her Jimmy Choo bag though.

Liv Tyler…sorry I am not liking this Marchesa dress. If you are a regular reader you will know that I hate lace…hate it with a passion. For me it has no place in fashion, especially underwear.

Liv has a great figure, and this smock is doing nothing to show it off.

The shoes, the clutch, the bangs…everything is working excluding the dress.

Ding, ding, ding…jackpot. Saffron Burrows works it like Liv could not. Saffron is already amazingly beautiful so this dress just brings it out more.

Jada Pinkett-Smith recently showed a softer side in Elle magazine and I am glad she is following it through. My problem in the past is that she always looked a little butch.

Here she is wearing a cute canary vintage dress with baby blue accents. OK it is not the best dress, but for Jada it is a HUGE improvement.

As always her very supportive husband was there to share her moment. I am loving greying Will Smith. He is like a fine wine…he gets better with age.

I would kill for Saffron’s check bones.

I wanna love it…I really do. But I can’t.

Halle Berry is one of my favourite women in the world (alongside Jennifer Lopez) so it hurts me to look at this dress unfavourably.

I like so many of you I am tired of the animal print. This Roberto Cavalli dress is cute enough, but the lace section ewww. Never been a fan of anything with lace on it.

Did they hear my plea????

Yesterday I asked for a little effort in the wardrobe department from Diaz and Law for the Japanese press conference of ‘The Holiday’ and it looks like they listened because they clearly made the effort for the premiere.

The monochrome look is very popular. I LOVE this Gucci dress. When Cameron gets it right she gets it right.

I love power and influence I have over these Hollywood stars :)

Even though I give Sienna Miller a hard time in the wardrobe department occasionally I do secretly admire her guts in her choices which are usually not safe.

Tonight for the Factory Girl Premiere in London’s Leicester Square, Sienna wore a vintage cream and black Balenciaga mini dress, black tights and black Sergio Rossi shoes as she walked down what looks to be a the shocking pink carpet cinema.

I don’t like this dress. It looks like she has a white dress over a black dress, giving it a layered heavy look, therefore making the dress appear too big for her.

I know it is vintage and the smock 60’s look is in but, I ain’t buying this. She does not pull this off. Had it been pulled in under the embellishment and more empire-waisted it might have worked. She also looks pregnant IMO.

The only good thing I can say is that I like her bracelet.
