Amanda Seyfried floated down the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
The ‘Les Miserables’ star has been top of mind lately with her structured, edgy looks from the likes of Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga.
But, for the Golden Globes, she opted for a more ethereal and romantic spirit with her floor-sweeping blush Givenchy Couture custom-made gown. Illusion lace paneling added to the delicate nature of this look.
The softness continued with Amanda’s gorgeous long waves and natural makeup.

this looked better on television. she was one of my favorites of the night.
this dress does not photograph well. It look better on TV. therefore I am not liking this look.
Wow…she looks like an angel. So so pretty!
+1
or a fairy!
+2 Agreed! What a delightful and delicate look!
Not too nude, just bland. The hair color and style is mousy.
The waist needed to be snatched within an inch of her life if she had to wear this dress but most of all I would’ve just preferred a different gown.
A little boring. Nothing here excites me.
Giving her a big pass because the texture was so spectacular, even on TV. Otherwise the pale dresses totally bored me.
rooney?
I like the softness of the look, it suits Amanda, would’ve preferred it in a colour (raspberry comes to mind)
“Blushing beautiful or too nude?”
Both!
Gorgeous dress, could have been more interesting in another color. I love the neckline. But it’s a shame she didn’t wear her hair up to show off the dress.
I think, the hair should be at least on the side. We don’t see the beautiful detail on the dress
Lovely and edgy at the same time. I love this look
I like the pale colour on Amanda but the dress doesn’t have enough shape to flatter her figure. The detailing is beautiful though.
I love the ethereal feel and the delicate lace, also her hair (beautiful) and makeup. The light styling is fine (a lot of people went clutch free! Chastain effect?) but that wonky, part sheer bodice is 1) unflattering 2) confusing 3) kind of trashy because of that central cut-out/sheer spot. So I’m disappointed.
Exactly!
That sheer bodice couldn’t be more unflattering and confusing.
I’m blown away. Too beautiful.
Too pale. Hair is in the way. Waste of a good opportunity to shine.
My thoughts exactly.
She was enviable locks but they really needed to be pulled back.
I also don’t like the lack of definition in the waist area.
+1
She has luscious lock but I think a braided updo would gone well with the angelic gown. I like soft romantic theme she has going on though.
She does look great here, but I’m kinda disappointed. I expected more from her, therefore this looks just like another nude gown for me. Also, her hair should’ve been swept to one side and maybe a clutch? The fabric looks beautiful, though.
Looked better on TV, this fits her so well and was one of my favorites of the night. Love the look, I miss a bolder lip or a more dramatic eye but overall stunning.
Stunning dress, but i would prefer another colour with her skin tone
Beautiful hair and makeup, not sure about the dress.
I find the dress to be a bit meh but I think her hair and makeup is beautiful.
best hair in hollywood.
One of my least favorite of the night. I found the lace awkward, and the dress doesn’t flatter her body.
