Normally opting for an uber sexy look, Rose McGowan was pretty in pink on the red carpet for amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cap D’Antibes, France this evening.
The actress wore a fitted Atelier Versace gown from the Fall 2010 collection in a, for lack of better words, rose-coloured hue.
A gathered train with trailing chiffon adds an extra touch of glamour to the gown.
Versace was a popular choice for the event, with Milla Jovovich, Isabeli Fontana and Doutzen Kroes all donning the designer on the red carpet.
Rose completed the look with an elegant ponytail, accented with a face framing tendril.

How have we not seen this gown on the red carpet before? This dress is beautiful and Rose definitely does it justice.

Double gasp moment! First, it’s Jac who’s modeling it, and to my mind few models sell a couture gown like her (excuse me, as I curtsey). Secondly, it also looks heavenly on McGowan (though I’m surprised she didn’t go with the cutouts, McGowan has changed). The color, the architectural straps, and even the train (which I wish were the same dark pink as the straps, but oh well), all of it is fantastic!
Let’s just say today is not a boring day, at least not for me. Wow.
Funny how this Versace dress makes Rose look graceful, classy and not trying too hard or desperate. Love the hair too !

Her figure looks great but there´s a bit too much of a boudoir (bedroomy)vibe going on here. Not a fan of the matching lipcolour – lighter shade shimmering pink would be preferrable, and could´ve lived without the face framing tendril.

Glad she went without the cutouts, but the dress is rather tight/revealing in the bust area. That said, the luscious carnation pink shade and the heavenly tulle skirt are great! The overall style of the gown isn’t really my style but I love the drama here!

i love that she filled in the side cutouts — they distracted from how beautiful the gown is, and without them, i love the gown a hundred times more (not everything needs cutouts. this is one of those times where less is definitely more)

The pink lips match the dress, and yet it doesn’t look too matchy matchy at all. Lovely, and the tailoring is superb – bombshell without looking cheezy or cheap.

I don’t like the dress, it looks cheap- am i can’t get over her face.. Saw her in a csi episode yesterday- and it didn’t move at all- such a shame!

I can’t get past the bubblegum pink, which I really hate. Beyond that, there is something harsh about her makeup.
I’m confused why you keep posting photos of Rose. She hasn’t been in any films/television of note in a while and plastic surgery completely ruined her face.
I Adore Rose really I do but this look is NO BUENO! The colour for me just is NOT working, and her face is looking real sour =/ the make up is all wrong for me especially.
