Carrie Underwood In Thomas Wylde – 2015 CMT Awards

Carrie Underwood In Thomas Wylde AW15 - 2015 CMT Awards

Carrie Underwood made her first public appearance at the 2015 CMT Music Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (June 10) in Nashville, Tennessee, after giving birth to son Isaiah Michael in February.

I almost didn’t recognise Carrie without the poufy dress and pageant hair.

On this occasion she opted for a more sultry look with an edgy undertone by Thomas Wylde which she styled with complementary silver accessories.

Had this been worn by Jennifer Lopez or Heidi Klum I perhaps would’ve been complaining about the predictability of it all, but this is totally fresh and new for the country singer.

14th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball

14th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball

A group of lovelies flocked to the 14th annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, hosted on Saturday (June 6) at a private Mandeville Canyon Estate in Los Angeles, California.

Elizabeth Banks
: Looking every bit like a ray of sunshine, the actress donned a bright chartreuse Prada jacquard-embroidered frock with nude lace Jimmy Choo shoes and Kwiat earrings. The quirkier nature of Prada designs can be problematic on the red carpet, but Elizabeth pulls off the bold look with elegance and aplomb.

Leven Rambin
: I loved seeing Leven in this striking Marchesa semi-sheer gown with exploded paisley embroidery. The sleek updo and deep red lip added another layer of vibrancy to this fresh outing.

Sharon Stone
: While the two-piece ensemble itself wasn’t so flattering to Sharon’s beautiful figure, what was more bothersome was the strange collection of accessories that cluttered the look—from the pashmina shawl to the overly decorative earrings and sandals.

Uzo Aduba In Thomas Wylde & Oscar de la Renta – Late Night with Seth Meyers

Uzo Aduba In Thomas Wylde & Oscar de la Renta - Late Night with Seth Meyers

Uzo Aduba made a guest appearance on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ on Thursday evening (December 18) in New York City, where the ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress talked about her Golden Globes nomination.

While we eagerly wait to see that Golden Globes gown on January 11, 2015, the actress showcased a lovely ladylike look for this occasion.

The standout piece here is her Thomas Wylde floral-print blouse featuring a figure-flattering peplum, which she styled with a calf-length black Oscar de la Renta skirt.

I love the angle of the picture as it showcases not only her gorgeous figure but also her dual-colour black and white Oscar de la Renta pumps.

The PEOPLE Magazine Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The PEOPLE Magazine Awards

Here is a roundup of the other attendees who took to the red carpet for the PEOPLE Magazine Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (December 18) in Beverly Hills, California.

Jennifer Aniston: Still not able to fully break away from her favourite colour black, the actress collected her ‘Movie Performance of the Year’ award for ‘Horrible Bosses 2’ wearing a black and white fit-and-flare Fausto Puglisi Spring 2015 dress. The silhouette may be different, but why does everything feel the same?

Karlie Kloss: The catwalker took home the ‘Model of the Year’ award looking very beautiful and statuesque wearing a sexy Zac Posen bustier and laser-cut pony-skin Marchesa skirt styled with sexy Giuseppe Zanotti Design criss-cross strap sandals and a signature Marchesa clutch.

Kate Upton: The model picked up ‘PEOPLE’s Sexist Woman’ award wearing an all-black all-leather look, selecting a Tamara Mellon bodysuit and a Thomas Wylde ‘Topsy Turvy’ skirt styled with Brian Atwood satin ‘Besame’ pumps and a vintage corseted belt from The Way We Wore. While my mind boggles at how uncomfortable a leather bodysuit must be, this isn’t such a bad look for Kate.

Jennifer Lopez In Cédric Charlier & Thomas Wylde – ‘American Idol XIV’ Red Carpet Event

Jennifer Lopez In Cédric Charlier & Thomas Wylde - 'American Idol XIV' Red Carpet Event

Jennifer Lopez attended Fox’s ‘American Idol XIV’ Red Carpet event held at CBS Television City on Tuesday (December 9) in Los Angeles, California.

The singer opted for a touch of shimmer wearing a silver silk lamé Cédric Charlier top styled with a grey leather Thomas Wylde skirt, which is rather aptly called a ‘Sex on a Stick’ skirt, accented with a large silver zipper that highlights the thigh-high slit.

Even with the shimmer and the sexy skirt, your eyes fall immediately on her Sophia Webster ‘Clementine’ gunmetal gladiator knee-high boots.

Usually reserved for her performance looks, these boots really amp her red carpet look, taking it to the next level.

Project Runway 3

For final judging on episode 2 of ‘Project Runway’ on Thursday evening, the judges were joined by Eric Daman, who was the costume designer on ‘Gossip Girl’.

Eric Daman: The stylist stood out on the panel wearing a camouflage blazer with his black jeans and blue shirt.

Nina Garcia: As always she looks chic and effortless wearing a Derek Lam Spring 2013 ensemble consisting of a fine jersey knit top featuring a geometric bi-colour black-and-ecru pattern with a flat-front glove leather skirt features three-dimensional godets and sexy sandals.

Zac Posen: Going for grey on this occasion, the designer donned a double-breasted suit with a gold polka-dot pocket square which matched his tie.

Heidi Klum: The model and host toned things down wearing a Thomas Wylde black-and-white printed tunic with leather pants and silver-chain-accented pumps.
