2018 Emmy Awards Red Carpet Roundup

2018 Emmys

There were many more stars in the 2018 Emmy Awards constellation on Monday (September 17) in LA.

Madelaine Petsch: The starlet complemented her cascade of auburn waves with a Prada gown that furtively cloaked a shiny embroidered skirt under cloudy tulle layers.

Tatiana Maslany: This Christian Siriano design was inspired by the Spring 2019 collection, with the highlighter-yellow front train delivering all the sass you could possibly want. Christian Louboutin heels and EF Collection jewels completed the neon-bright entrance.

2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards

2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards

An eclectic mix of stars were out in force for the 2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards held on Saturday (September 8) in LA.

Sarah Drew: I love the regal elegance of this SAFiYAA Fall 2017 cape gown, with the petal-pink hue and dimensional floral embroidery offering a layer of delicate femininity to the look. Her Tyler Ellis clutch was perfectly matched.

RuPaul: I don’t know anyone else who could make a double-breasted, bubblegum-pink suit look this good. His was from the Calvin Klein 205W39NYC collection.

Heidi Klum: Also donning a look in the pink family of colours, the supermodel host was lovely in a coral Elie Saab Resort 2018 embellished gown, styled with contrasting Lorraine Schwartz jewels. This was not a typical ‘Heidi’ look, and for that, I think we are all standing in applause.

Juli Jakab In Antonio Grimaldi Haute Couture – ‘Napszallta’ (Sunset) Venice Film Festival Premiere

Juli Jakab In Antonio Grimaldi Haute Couture - 'Napszallta' (Sunset) Venice Film Festival Premiere

Juli Jakab glided down the red carpet for the ‘Napszallta (Sunset)’ premiere during the 2018 Venice Film Festival on Monday (September 3) in Italy.

The Hungarian actress was a picture of elegance in Antonio Grimaldi Fall 2018 Haute Couture.

Some might think that cape gowns have been done to death, but not like this.

Juli exude modern glamour in this crisp white column gown with hand embroidered beading detail, which was stunning on it’s own, but its the cape that gives this look a regal air.

Factor in the red lip, and this is one of my favourites look to grace the red carpet during this festival.

‘The Sisters Brothers’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

'The Sisters Brothers' Venice Film Festival Premiere

‘The Sisters Brothers’ premiere took place during the 2018 Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 2) in Italy, with many international actresses and models in attendance.

Bianca Balti: The Italian model instantly stood out in her OVS shirt and red high-low skirt combo, styled with Alevì Milano mules and Chopard jewels. You’ll either find this look costumey, or a refreshing break from Dolce & Gabbana.

Bruna Marquezine: Nothing about this Ralph & Russo Spring 2018 Couture metallic rose-gold strapless silk lamé gown is particularly original, but Bruna does look stunning, especially when styling her look with that Chopard necklace.

Maria Pia Calzone In Antonio Grimaldi – 62nd David Di Donatello Awards

Maria Pia Calzone elegantly glided along the red carpet as she made her way to the 62nd David Di Donatello awards ceremony on Wednesday (March 21) in Rome, Italy.

I was left breathless by the Italian actress who wore a Antonio Grimaldi gown which at first appears to be simple in design, but the sculptural neckline and sleeve adds an intriguing dimension.

I’m sure some are wishing she had worn her hair up, but the wavy hair, jewels and those luscious red lips are the factors which are amping up the glamour here.

Alexandra Breckenridge In Antonio Grimaldi – 2018 SAG Awards

She may have just given birth six weeks ago, but Alexandra Breckinridge was back on fighting form at the 2018 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 21) in LA.

The ‘This Is Us’ star offered up glamour with an edge in this Antonio Grimaldi Fall 2017 Couture asymmetrical gown that featured a beautiful drape to juxtapose the chainmail-like shoulder detail.

This chartreuse colour isn’t easy to wear, but she pulls it off effortlessly with her mulberry lip and long, faux-hawk braid.

A sparkly Tyler Ellis clutch completed her modern Renaissance-glam look.
