LOVE Magazine 10th Birthday Party

LOVE Magazine 10th Birthday Party

The LOVE Magazine 10th birthday party took place at Loulou’s on Monday (September 17) in London.

Lady Kitty Spencer: Referencing corsetry, the lace-up detailing on her Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2018 skirt successfully contours Kitty’s body while infusing attitude in her look, which she styled with the runway branded T-shirt.

Dree Hemingway: I almost didn’t recognise the actress without her trademarks tousled tresses. Much like Cara Delevingne, she successfully carries off the buzz cut. Her Prada look, which hails from the Fall 2018 collection, sees Dree pair a sheer tulle dress with an overlay; topped with the house’s signature triangle saffiano-leather patch and logo plaque. Seems simply enough, but I feel not many could pull off this look.

2018 GQ Men Of The Year Awards

2018 GQ Men Of The Year Awards

There were plenty more celebrities who joined Kate Beckinsale, Zendaya Coleman, Elisabeth Moss and Rita Ora on the red carpet for the 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards on Wednesday (September 5) in London.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Back home in London, the model was giving us 90s supermodel in vintage Versace. This bondage style gown, which hails from the Fall 1992 collection, was oozing a high level of glamour and sultry sex appeal. With the styling, Rosie looks like she could’ve just stepped off a runway during that era with Stephanie Seymour and Carla Bruni.

Abbey Clancy: The British model wore a nearly-naked dress from Julien Macdonald’s Spring 2018 collection, which basically looks like she took an oily bath in glitter. I don’t have any problems with this style of dress so long as is tastefully done and the correct underwear is worn. You may remember that Ciara wore this same dress earlier this year, and her underwear was less visible.

Rose McGowan: As I’m full of flu right now, this Osman Resort 2018 coat would’ve been how I would’ve dressed last night.

The Global Awards 2018

The Global Awards 2018 took place on Thursday (March 1) in London, celebrating UK’s most popular radio stations; Capital, Capital XTRA, Heart, Classic FM, Smooth, Radio X, LBC and Gold with the awards categories reflecting the music, news and programmes aired.

Myleene Klass: The co-presenter made a stand out statement on the blue carpet wearing a Khosla Jani custom gown. The designer is known for their signature gold embellishments and mixed fabrics; of which featured in her dramatic look. While I’m somewhat intrigued by this gown, I’m also very much perplexed by it. It’s almost like two looks have been melded into one. The top half would look great as a performance piece for the likes of Beyonce and Lady Gaga, and the bottom half would’ve been the perfect part of a beautiful one-shoulder or strapless gown.

The BRIT Awards 2018 Red Carpet Roundup

Long, short, and everything in between, the eclectic looks marched on with so many more stars in attendance at The Brit Awards 2018 on Wednesday (February 21) in London.

Jennifer Hudson: I loved the sizzling hue of this red-hot Ralph Lauren gown, but not the fit. The patent-plasticized look would have been all shine had the silhouette been sleeker without the awkward folds.

Adwoa Aboah: Rita Ora wasn’t the only one in feathers, as Adwoa also took a flight of fancy with this Sonia Rykiel white dress. The model’s directional looks can sometimes be a tough sell, so I like the pristine romance she presented here with Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals and a Time’s Up rose to complete the picture.

Maya Jama: Given this House of Holland mini was a custom piece, I expected an impeccable fit and the pink metallic number delivered. She complemented its flirty, girlish side with Sophia Webster embellished sandals. But, I would have left the diamond choker at home.

Abbey Clancy In Haider Ackermann – 2017 BRIT Awards

Abbey Clancy bought sexy back to the red carpet at the 2017 Brit Awards on Wednesday (February 22) in London, England.

This monochrome dress, by Haider Ackermann, is everything! Equal amounts of sexiness, drama and chicness come in the form of the side slit, thick black and white stripes, and one shouldered cut.

Her figure looks smoking hot, with the help of the waist belt and flash of flesh, and I love the half jacket-half dress design to the top of this frock.

Red nails, on her fingers and toes, bring the perfect colour pop to this look, and the strappy sandals are a great choice, making her legs look even longer than they are. Aren’t her legs amazing?

Are you a fan of this look too?

The Naked Heart Foundation’s Fabulous Fund Fair

A collection of bold beauties were out in support of The Naked Heart Foundation’s Fabulous Fund Fair in London on Tuesday (February 21).

Natalia Vodianova: The model is known to favour red for this event, and she played favourites again with a bright crimson Givenchy Spring 2017 frock enlivened with fringe—although she could have continued the colour theme down to her shoes. With the high turtleneck, I do think her hair would have been better served in a sleek updo.

Karlie Kloss: The Louis Vuitton Spring 2017 collection has been hit or miss on the red carpet, but Karlie was up for the challenge with this black sheer gown. Both her statuesque height and her simplicity of styling were beneficial here.

Kristin Scott Thomas: Understated was not in the actress’s vocabulary, at least not for this event, as she brought out all the bells and whistles for this Fendi Resort 2017 off-the-shoulder jumpsuit. One would think the flowers and butterflies printed on her outfit would have been quite sufficient, but that was only the beginning with piles of bangles and scarves adding an eccentric, gypset spirit. Of course, her hair was having its own party.
