Olivia Colman Wore Huishan Zhang To ‘The Roses’ New York Premiere
Olivia Colman stepped out for The Roses New York premiere at the Hudson Theatre on Monday, and while she may not fall into the “fashionista” category like some of our red carpet favourites, she continues to prove she has quietly impeccable taste.

She wore a Huishan Zhang Pre-Fall 2025 skirt suit that ticked every box for polished sophistication. At first glance, some might call it a touch too formal, but tailoring this sharp is never to be underestimated. The cinched waist and elongated silhouette carved out a beautifully flattering shape, while the black sequin floral appliqué at the shoulder added just enough flourish to stop the look from feeling too restrained. It wasn’t just a sparkling accent either — it doubled as a witty nod to the film’s title, The Roses. You know I love a subtle (and not so subtle) nods.
Finishing the look, Olivia kept it classic with Manolo Blahnik’s iconic Campari Mary Jane pumps — a shoe that always brings a touch of timeless charm.
