Priyanka Chopra Wore Giambattista Valli Haute Couture To The Bulgari Hotel Roma Opening Night

Priyanka Chopra joined her fellow Bulgari ambassadors to help celebrate the opening of the Bulgari Hotel Roma on Thursday (June 8) in Rome, Italy.

The Bollywood actress made a striking entrance wearing a Giambattista Valli Spring 2021 Haute Couture gown which is on-trend following on from the white dresses we saw during Cannes Film Festival.

I loved the energy of this look with the plumes of bouncy feathers tracing the oversized sleeves, creating a structure that swept through to her flowing skirt.

But I just can’t get over the ’90 half up pigtails.

I would only expect to see this hairstyle on a grown woman at a music festival, a Spice Girls reunion concert, or Harley Quinn fans at Comic-Con or during halloween.

Outside of those spaces, it feels quite juvenile unless you are 12 years old and younger.
