Halsey Wore Givenchy To The amfAR Gala Cannes 2023

Halsey attended the amfAR Cannes Gala 2023 held at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc this evening in Cap d’Antibes, France.

I’m going to start off by saying I stand by my belief that Halsey is a good fit for Givenchy, as Matthew M. Williams grunge aesthetic is a perfect match for the singer.

However, I would’ve loved a more glamorous moment for Halsey at this event.

Not the puffy gown kind, but something that felt a lot less dishevelled.

When it comes to her hair and makeup, her team knocked it out of the park, it has to be said.
