Jennifer Lawrence Wore Dior Haute Couture To The ‘Bread And Roses’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Jennifer Lawrence returns to the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival for the first time since 2014 when she was promoting ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1’, which was two years into her Dior ambassadorship.

Time really does fly, as the actress is now in her 11th year as a Dior ambassador.

For her return to the French Riviera, Jennifer wore a Christian Dior Spring 2023 Haute Couture off white embroidered dress.

I know a lot of you are going to say, “she’s wearing a beach coverup.”

To which I would say, “she’s alongside the beach, so….”

Joking aside, the wide picture doesn’t really tell the story, the beauty of the piece is better appreciated close up, where you can see the micro bead work.

Considering quiet luxury is the trending buzz phrase, I would say this look perfectly embodies that.

But if you didn’t love Charlize Theron’s more modern interpretation of a “beach coverup,” you may not love this. 

Considering I wasn’t a fan of this collection initially, both ladies have sold their looks to me.
