Deepika Padukone signed off in style while attending the closing ceremony for the 2022 Cannes Film Festival held at the Palais des Festivals on Saturday (May 28) in France.
The Bollywood star has really shone at this festival. And I hope this opens the doors to many opportunities for her in Hollywood.
Fashion-wise, we were worried going into this, but Deepika proved that we had nothing to fear as she rose to the occasion. Â
Closing with this Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ruffle saree accented with a pearl collar I’m blown away by the gracefulness of it all.
As you know I love seeing celebrities showcase traditional looks – this is the world stage after all – as one should always be proud to represent their culture.
I personally feel this is better than her opening saree look.
